The San Rafael Reef is a geologic feature located in Emery County in central Utah, part of the Colorado Plateau. Approximately 75 miles (120 km) long, it is the name given to the distinctive eastern edge of the San Rafael Swell. Composed primarily of steeply tilted layers of Navajo and Wingate Sandstone, it has been eroded into tall fins, domes, cliffs, and deep canyons.

Jamie and I are back from the Philippines and I have a lot to process. Besides our familiar haunts, we went to Anilao to see something different and one thing I noticed was the crazy amount of Redtooth Triggerfish on the reefs. At times it felt like we were swimming through a locust invasion, only cooler.

Lose yourself in the vibrant wonders that exist above and below the waters surrounding the coral reef. Enjoy a unique, up-close-and-personal opportunity to reach beyond the exotic and mysterious air that surrounds these graceful, gentle, fascinating creatures.
