The header "回收" on the broken plywood poster means roughly recycling or recover.
But, dirty scooters are not on the list below that header, telling what items are accepted...
Maybe its the scooter of the trash collector...

I have chosen part of the trade boxes and bags
that are used daily in the stores where I usually buy and that use bags or containers made with recyclable material in different percentages, and that in turn I reuse for
household use or disposable material.
They are not very photogenic but they are ... recyclable!!

At the end of an airliners lifecycle they dont just get left to rot.
All reuseable parts are either removed for reuse in other airliners, or rempved and repurposed in a multitude of ways, then the remainer is recycled in an envirenmentally manner, nothing escapes the process.
Here G-CIVN awaits her final fate, I believe the cockpit section is being salvaged for reuse, this is the last of the British Airways B747's delivered to Kemble for recycling.

Have you still got your old Christmas tree hanging around shedding needles everywhere? Do what I’m doing, strap it to the top of your car and take it to the tip for recycling. However, don’t use an old banger of a car like mine which has broken down in Fris’land and probably needs recycling itself! We dont recyle the gifts this planet has given us hardly at all..

What do you do with an old copper bowl that has a hole in it? Some people might fix the hole.
Or, you can make the hole bigger and turn it into a small sink.
Some people just have that touch to make beauty out of anything. This was taken in Lisbon. A very nice use of recycling. HSoS!

The last stage of the waste hierarchy is to recycle.
To recycle something means that it will be transformed again into a raw material that can be shaped into a new item.
Recycled in the sense that I have used an old shot and re-edited.
I just love this old truck.

Many of you will know I used to be a waste manager in my former life and scenes like this are always going to pique my interest. This is in a street close to where I live
