Sophie: I love the makeup, and the overall quality of this photo, but the clothing screams more, "I got pushed into a bargain bin at the thrift store", than "Over the top different trends this year".
Lera: I like this photo, it is very pretty. I love the new fashion trends like the open mouth and thicker eyebrows. But, the colors look very edited and blocky as if I were to edit in the computer program "Paint".
Victoria: I love everything about this. It is very chic and classy. It is perfection in every way.
Allison: This photo is okay. I like the bright colors. And the pose is okay. I am slightly disappointed.
Marilyn: This photo is also okay. It has some effort put into it, but the background is very "Look at my doll collection on the shelf". I am also not digging the quality.

And also, today is the 3rd anniversary of when I joined Flickr! It's honestly crazy how much I've improved over a few years, I'm so glad that I rediscovered my passion for dolls and made a bunch of new friends with people all around the world, and some as close as in my state! hey bratzies time to promote with our faves new campaign #RealBratz which is at low views at the moment so please be a good fan and help our girls release their passion and great style so pass it around also I added people who I think are real bratz and love unleashing their passion ! Forgive me for being late to upload this, as I didn't realize it had spread to flickr until today x)
Basically, Sailor and I were on Skype on Thursday and saw a few people change their profile pictures to the art from Monster High's new Genie Magic Desert Jewelz 13 Wishes line with the text "#TeamMonsterHigh" on it. We didn't really care at first, as it is MORE than obvious which brand rocked the genie theme better, but then we saw some of them trying to claim that it was somehow an "anti-bullying movement" to manipulate people into doing it... #RealBratz can't just sit back and let that happen, so we grabbed the original Desert Jewelz Yasmin art and made our own lil' posters, as our own sassy response. It caught on and every other story in my News Feed has been about #TeamBratz ever since :'3
I don't really understand turning it into a tag game (I think everyone already knows who they like :P)... That just seems like a desperate move on the part of #TeamBasic to try and recruit more members, because the Bratz fans are currently slaying on facebook x)
And before I get a load of "but aleckz u hav mh dolz hehrheheheh" (I buy what I like...sorry 'bout it :P), this isn't about what dolls you buy. It's about shutting down ignorant stans who yell copycat at MGA anytime a Bratz wears the same color as a Monster but can't grasp that their faves are currently producing flop rip-offs of a classic Bratz theme. It's ironic...everything negative that MH stans say about Bratz fans really only applies to themselves at this point, LOL (Or "heh" as they like to say) Brainwashed ratchets x)
I'll get hate for this, but whatever. I'm not afraid of brainwashed kids :P
This theme was a lot of fun! I don't have any long dresses or anything, so I worked with what I had. Fortunately, it's snowed a lot here so it was great timing for this theme to be assigned! Hope you like it! And now some words from Vienna:
So this week our theme was 'Lost' and we were sent to the North Pole... ew! There was not one club around, what even! I decided to take a risk this week and ditch the formal ball gowns the other girls seemed to be doing and go with a hot dress matched with fab fur accessories and lace leggings! I think I nailed this theme and all of the requirements, Prue told us we had to look lost and sad in this photo, some girls look happy and care free! Ugh, can't wait to accept first place and get out of here!
Year In Review: Let me start of first by just saying, Wow! x) This year went by SOOO fast it's CRAZY! I'd say overall this was a good year, personally I think I broke out a lot this year and improved and made a lot of great friendships on here. This was really the first year I was seen as anything more than one of flickr's ratchets, so yay! This year started out with SOOO much drama, with the Bratz getting taller, and tensions higher than ever between different doll fandoms. This has been such a good year for music, with the emergence of iconic pop stars such as Kira Wang, Raquelle, Jazzie, Dominique, PJ, etc... SO many new talents! And of course, new albums from Ariana Grande, Miley, Gaga, Britney, it was amazing!!
Anyways on to my photos! (Btw some of these were compromised as I had to edit some of the privacy on some of my pictures [they showed specific location and stuff] and stats were reset on those). Also keep in mind that this excludes promo shots and doll related news photos.
Most Views: flic.kr/p/fGEojV "Last Night, Damn You Were In My Sex Dreams" 1849 views. I really liked this photo, I can imagine the views came from the title as Lady Gaga had just performed Sexx Dreams at the iTunes festival the previous day!
Most Favs: flic.kr/p/ehcez1 "Jihyun Long as The Mad Hatter for Mr. Bratz' BNTM Cycle 2" 41 favs. Hooooooonestly, this competition was a mess xD With the host admitting to doing the call out by picking out of a hat, and everyone dropping out by the 5th theme! This photo I think personally was a turning point photography wise for me. IDK what it was, but I think starting with this photo, my photos started improving a lot, this year my main focus was to start decreasing the amount of editing that went into my photos and start increasing the quality of the original photos.

I had SO much fun with this photo, honestly I think it was my favorite to make this year! (Not necessarily my favorite outcome) From getting in the dirt and burying a Bratz body, to writing the creepy story behind it, I LOVED it!! :D
My Personal Favs:
I think starting in August which is when I did my beach photo shoot involving the Treasures girls and a few others was when my photos really started to get good, the beach lighting, the wind, the amazing scenery, I couldn't have asked for better! My short lived "Breath Magazine" introduced me trying out a much cleaner, simple, approach, and I think the end result really payed off, with some of these looking like real ads I've seen! My photo of Girls Nite Out Sasha was one of my last photos this year, and I was really happy with how it turned out! This Sasha is one of the prettiest Bratz ever IMO, so of course I was psyched when I got her to get some photos!!
