An impression of the metro station "Großhadern" - U 6 - Munich - Germany
The elements of the ceiling look like razor blades and in combination with the pillar the construction looks like a giant razor.
Metro Blues # 20
I can't help but the ceiling construction of this Munich subway station reminds me of razor blades 😀

As always, thank you for your views, faves and comments. They are much appreciated!

It's a four-blade Schick Quattro Titanium Razor that I've had in a drawer for years and never took out of its packaging until now. Since it's never been used, I can't say how well it shaves. But it does work for this week's Macro Mondays "Five" theme (any English word with five letters): Razor.
HMM
This is a part of an electric razor.
It has been captured with a magnification of almost 2X by using a sort of "Frankenstein setup": a vintage 50mm Pentax macro lens + a vintage Kenko macro teleconverter MC7 + an helicoid adapter. I hope that you like the result.
Have a nice and happy MM dear friends! ;-)
Razor clams can live 10 years or more. They burrow beneath the sand and seabed but rough weather washes them up as here. It was low water and a long line of them stretched along the sands.

I mean, I love the Drune sims. But THIS version (the latest) was not even around for two weeks. This is my entry for the photo contest which was announced there.
This crow-sized Alcid is famous for being related to the extinct Great Auk, and is now the only member of the genus. Hard to tell from this image, but it is perched an a cliff face that drops about 100m down to the ocean. Interesting tidbit: they can dive underwater down to a depth of 100 meters in pursuit of fish.

Quick and dirty. It's ok... Painting with three fractured ribs, which is why it's been a little while.
I'll go back to the intense fills and crazy letters etc once the ribs have healed. I just needed to get something up on the wall today... I was going nuts not having done a piece for ages.

So there I was, wandering The Clouded Mountains (by Gidgy Adagio) at the Fantasy Faire, and there was Razor, so I sneaked a pic. *chuckles*
Come touch me like I'm an ordinary man
Have a look in my eyes
Underneath my skin there is a violence
It's got a gun in its hands
Ready to make sense of
Anyone, anything
Black holes living in the side of your face
Razor wire spinning around your
blistering sky
Bullets are the beauty of the blistering sky
Bullets are the beauty and I don't know why

"So I was just relaxing after eating my picnic. When I was just rolling my nuts in my hand when this little fellow come up to me and started nibbling on them. I am loving the new eyes from ARTE so much depth to the details and now with the added LEFT and RIGHT applier in the hud, these truly are some of the best in SL. The eyebrows are on point as always and the addition of the dirt on my face shows I enjoyed the picnic and getting my hands dirty. The drip from Okiya adds an artistic flare to this wonderful shot. Be sure to check out these products."
Yes, this does was keenly focused on me... but this handheld shot was 200mm, 1/50th of a second and turned out to be in sharp focus, too, which was somewhat surprising. The deer, which was across the street from our house, was politely ignoring me until I finally whistled to get its attention...she looked at me with a startled look and then just slowly wandered off.
Deer are abundant around here in western Illinois and they have been the cause or a lot of serious automobile and motorcyle accidents. I've seen them on campus, town, and our house at least weekly (sometimes daily). One of my neighbors suggested I not rake up the acorns from our front lawn because the deer like eating them... and another said that he didn't need to go out to a blind in the woods to bag a deer, he could just sit in our tree in our front yard based on the scatt there. I enjoy seeing them but I don't necessarily like them eating the flowers we have planted in the yard.
