This line consists of extruder, shaping table, haul-off, cutter and racks. It could extrude the powder out directly to fire-proofing and water proofing profiles.

If you pull back far enough, this canvas ceiling looks like a perfectly smooth, decorative surface. But when you get this close, you see exactly what it is: a humble, woven textile stretched tightly across a grid of painted redwood beams. The vertical striations of the fabric weave are clearly visible, and the pale, amber-toned light passing through it gives the whole surface a warm, tactile glow. A thick, dark-red horizontal beam runs across the middle of the frame, and a small, angled wooden bracket is attached to its right side, secured with two visible screws. The paint on the bracket is slightly chipped—a quiet reminder that this building has always been a working laboratory, not a frozen museum.
Wright chose canvas for a very specific reason. He wanted to filter the harsh Arizona sun into a soft, ambient glow that would wash over the interior spaces without creating blinding glare. The heavy, woven fabric diffuses the light, turning the desert sky into a gentle, lantern-like presence above your head. He also wanted the building to feel light. A heavy stone ceiling would have felt oppressive; this stretched canvas makes the roof feel like it is hovering just above the room. This is not luxury material. It is honest, repairable, and deeply practical—and that is exactly why Wright loved it.
