Something I had been wanting to do for quite some time was to build some nice car from the 30149 Johnny Thunder Jeep cockpit.
This now is a sleek, badass ratrod - big engine, low profile, nearly no clearance. Taking an outdoor picture was no fun, because I forgot to add a swing axle - corrected that in the meantime.
If you're wondering what happened to Jane's hair - can't have long hair in a Lego car, so I took something shorter. Don't mind the horns.

Happy Truck Thursday! It looks like this beast is a 1934 Chevy. I have to believe this is a fun ride!
We just pulled over and Dave drooled over the sign and truck and I took the picture. His father use to run a Sinclair station when he was young.

Three bracketed photos were taken with a handheld Nikon D7200 and combined with Photomatix Pro to create this HDR image. Additional adjustments were made in Photoshop CS6.
