Having established that I could get GPIO output working, I've added a switch for input. This enables me to switch between different flashing patterns for my set of LEDs.

Pi bow case modified slightly with a small spare piece left in the kit. this holds the top right hand corner of the Pitft screen. The piece is glued in on level 7, without it the board twists and pulls the screen off the glue pads. Further mods will appear on the top level soon
