I let him inside, supervised. He kneaded and bathed on my bed, then he went for a wander, purring the whole time. He has adapted very well. He is not allowed inside except for supervised visits.

MatĆ©ria que acabou de ser publicada na Revista Photo Magazine - outubro/novembro 2010, sobre mim Raphael Macek e sobre o fotĆ³grafo Dudu Linhares, que temos a mania de retratar olhares dos animais hehehe.
Na revista conto um pouco sobre como comeƧei a fotografar, aonde busco inspiraĆ§Ć£o, e algumas tĆ©cnicas que utilizo.
No final da matĆ©ria tem uma sessĆ£o que eu escrevi falando um pouco sobre o equipamento que eu utilizo oque pode ser bem Ćŗtil para alguns que sempre me perguntam sobre isso.
Espero que apreciem a matĆ©ria, Ć© sĆ³ comprar na banca hahaha.

A rather amazing new artwork in South Brisbane, I just hope Raphael hasn't put his foot on an IED. Here is the background. The sculpture is by Bruno Catalano.
"Raphaelā: A Journey Through Fish Lane
The centrepiece of the 51 Fish retail precinct is āRaphaelā, one of Catalanoās iconic traveller sculptures. This captivating piece portrays a figure in mid-journey carrying luggage and navigating an unseen path. The incomplete form of āRaphaelā allows the viewer to see through the sculpture, creating a unique interaction between the artwork, its surroundings, and the onlooker.
The symbolism of āRaphaelā is rich and layered. The act of carrying luggage represents the weight of memories, nostalgia, and lifeās burdens while also embodying the hopes, pride, and curiosity that drive us to explore new horizons. The piece is a powerful reminder that each of us is on a journey, carrying our own stories and experiences shaped by the places we have been and the people we have encountered.
As visitors and locals alike encounter āRaphaelā in Fish Lane, they are invited to engage with the sculpture on a personal level, reflecting on their own journeys and the paths that have brought them to where they are today".
