Shire et Frison, pas de mors pour mener ces énormes chevaux dans la baie de Somme, simplement à la voix tout en douceur.
Modern day version of the ‘Lone Ranger’, works alone, no ‘Tonto’ and rides a white bike instead of a trusty white stallion, no longer called ‘Silver’ but now called ‘Raleigh’.
Ah well, if Mr. P can make things up, then so can I …… lol
We hiked through the rain forest today.
Duckabush, Wa.
Two trails here —one with a historic ranger’s cabin and signs telling about life in the early 1900s, and another leading to an overlook of a loud white-water rapid of the Duckabush River. You will see the first ranger station in the Olympic Forest, housed in a structure built by Emory Finch for his bride, Maybelle, in 1906.
CSX SD60M #8781 & C40-8W #7916 fly through rural Ranger, GA with loaded pipe train K573 on a beautiful summer afternoon.
to view this you need to put your monitor at the end of the longest hall in the house, paint the walls every color green that you can find, set the ac at 40 degrees, put a mister mister above your head, and turn on every tap including the showers at full blast. There, now you can share in the experience. :-)
I've put what I consider the money shot as my Facebook cover if you would like to see it, but it was too similar to yesterdays post IMO.
between the mist and my lens fogging I was wiping the lens during the 10 second timer delay for 8 seconds and then getting out of the way. :-)
Final shot from this hike for a while, the money shot and a really nice vertical will have to wait for a later time. thanks for tagging along. :-)

I like weird-looking shots like this.
Favoriting means you barely glanced at the photo and pressed a star.

I had just taken the clothes out of the dryer and Ranger plopped right down on top of them. He looked so comfy and guilty I just had to throw a shirt on his head and snap a shot!
This patch was used by the United States Army's 2nd and 5th Ranger Battalions from 1943-1946.
This design was replaced by the Ranger Battalion scroll patches which were authorized during W.W. II and remain in use today.
The Ranger is a reconnaissance vehicle used during the Endurance mission in the spectacular film Interstellar. They are used for transporting the astronauts to Dr Miller's water planet and to Dr Mann's ice planet. Both Rangers in the movie are later destroyed, one in a failed docking attempt by the traitorous Dr Mann, and the other is sucked into the black hole Gargantua.
Hey guys! I'm happy to present my latest model, a near minifig-scale build of the Ranger spacecraft from the 2014 film Interstellar. This is one of my favorite builds I've done since joining Flickr, even though getting the shape and paneling correct was very difficult at times. The vehicle itself is very cool and feels surprisingly real, it's definitely one of the best things about the movie.
If you can, please check out these other angles and shots on my Flickr page!

As always, thanks for checking out my MOC, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
The Ranger on its display stand. The stand has two points of rotation so as to tilt the ship slightly up at the front and slightly down on the left.
The low-profile angles of either side of the crafts main body are supported by technic beams built into the base of the ship. So they are pretty strong.
