Taken through the front window of a taxi while sitting in the back seat. Thankfully I was able to get a cab and remain dry.... :-)
Was going to crop it, to close in on the part in the middle, but thought the framing with the out of focus rear view mirror on the top and the out of focus meter box and the outline of the bottom of the window seemed to be fine just as it was....

My Kato caught in the rain. Summer is our rain and thunderstorm season,but often it starts in September already. I am delighted for the rain we've had lately.
Heading home from Georgia on a rainy day, we saw this sight as we prepared to cross the mighty “Mississip”….It was a welcome sight!
I was after the Lesser Emperor dragonflies that have been seen here for a week or two now, (not that I'd managed to find them), and had been seen over this particular pond only yesterday. But the rain had put all the flying insects to ground and stopped that plan... this rather splendid dog otter made up for it though. :@)

Please pray I am able to find a lawyer to work with me in taking care of her estate. So far I have had one lawyer who became too busy and several who didn't have time... I am supposed to be seeing another attorney on Friday. Crossing my fingers. I am still having to find ways to pay the mortgage every month. At least I have a buyer already and he helped with the mortgage but is reluctant again until a lawyer is retained, but May is now due again....
