Pseudognaphalium obtusifolium. Common names: old field balsam, rabbit tobacco and sweet everlasting. When I first found this little (app 1.5 inches photographed) white flower growing in the front yard I shot this image in my "studio". Not much sliding except for the rail to get the layers for the focus stacking. Happy Slider Sunday - HSS!
It seems the bright yellow heads are female and the brown heads are male!
Shot with: VOIGTLANDER, 125mm f/2.5 SL, MACRO APO-LANTHAR, shot @ f/5.6, 29 Layer Focus Stack Rendered w/Helicon Focus, (B,R5,S3).
Usually the rabbits run away so fast I don't get a shot. This one only went a short distance before stopping. In the Heathdale - Glen Orden Wetlands

Usually when I carry my 200-500mm telephoto lens, she is very alert and too fast to catch up with. Today I am taking landscape picture and she stay close to me all the time.
Thank you for your time and visit! Have a great week ahead!

I found this rabbit while out birding today. He was very obliging but unfortunately it looks like something (probably a fox) has taken a large chunk out of his left ear!
This image was taken on a warm June morning. The early morning sun hitting the front yard, and the rabbit family was out for their breakfast. I was lucky to be there at that moment with my camera, as I was capturing the dew drops. This little bunny came out of the shadow and felt like something was going on, so he/she stood on his hind legs to observe. I was lying on my stomach at that time, so I could get few decent pictures of him before he decided to hop away...
Thanks for the visit and the feedback! Much appreciated!
