Yes ! It's DQ again. The shot of Darul Quran Mosque was taken this morning.
Tone mapped HDR with 3 exposures.
القرآن هو كتاب المسلمين المقدس وأهم مصادر التشريع الإسلامي. و يؤمن المسلمون بأنه كلام الله المنزل على رسوله محمد بالوحي عبر الملاك جبريل. ويسمى الكتاب الذي يكتب فيه القرآن مصحفًا. يعتبر المسلمون دراسة القرآن وتعلمه من أهم العلوم التي يجب عليهم تعلمها، إذ أنهم يواظبون على قراءة القرآن ودراسته و تطبيق معانيه منذ صغرهم وطوال حياتهم. ويَحترم المسلمون القرآن كثيرا، فهو عندهم معجزة الإسلام الخالدة. لذا، تُوجَد آداب لسماعه أو قراءته وتلاوته. ويدعو القرآن لمبادئ هامة يقوم عليها الإسلام وتسير عليها حياة المسلمين.
قوله تعالى: "فأما يأتينكم مني هدى فمن اتبع هداي فلا يضل و لا يشقى و من أعرض عن ذكري فأن له معيشة ضنكا و نحشره يوم القيامة أعمى قال ربي لم حشرتني أعمى و قد كنت بصيرا قال كذلك أتتك آياتنا فنسيتها و كذلك اليوم تنسى" [طه 123].

For this shot, it was captured on Friday evening, 17 April 2009 during my recent outing with great photographer Zzclef, EpicMazur, Annamir, Hafidz and few friends of Hafidz's were with us in that evening.

This holy quraan was completed in the city of Samarqand 700 years ago, Arabic calligraphy & made out of pure leather. *found it in dad's library *

My first visit to Darul Quran, Kuala Kubu Bharu, Selangor. A must visit location for any landscape photography lover in Malaysia in my personal opinion.
