new construction? these are "quick delivery," which means all the walls and subfloors are in, but you get to pick which additional options you want. i don't think i like these because they're TOO new - there are hardly any neighbors, there are no lawns (they haven't even put down any sod yet), there are no trees at all, and it feels generally weird.
also, they'll be building new buildings as they sell the existing homes, so there will be construction all around me for an indefinite amount of time. NOT into that at all.
this is the real living room, but such a weird shape. if you were sitting on a chair where i am standing, you'll be looking up or down the steps. why shape the room like this?
