This mural in Luna Park commemorates the Big Dipper, the latest incarnation of which was removed in 1996, after local residents complained about noise. Noise coming from an amusement park - fancy that!
Photographed at the Night of the Cats in Helsinki Zoo.
During the Night of the Cats the zoo is open until midnight and many big cats are fed. There is also lectures, movies and documentaries, food and live music.
Like the sun cycle, and directly proportional, soil temperature is observed to be rebounding from it's seasonal low (47 degrees). Getting to the fifties is what to see here, cool weather grasses exploding. It is a neat period between bloom and rapid uptake in the root system of the trees, which follows transpiration. When that hits, I need to have spring manure on the ground, with all the fresh microbes at the right soil temps (~58 degrees). It is a narrow line to hit and if done correctly, it is what makes Spring so beautiful.
Massive, snaking queue for Jeff Mangum's second show on the final night of ATP curated by Jeff Mangum, 9-11th March 2012, Minehead, England.
A large flock of starlings feeding in a stubble field made for some entertaining watching with squabbles, spooks, queue jumping and droppings all over the car. They were joined by plenty of house sparrows, tree sparrows and chaffinches.

Rodinal 1+100 @20C, 11 mins.
Chester bus queue.
Trying to do too many new things on the same roll always ends badly, you never know which one went wrong. First time using Rodinal with very thin, sketchy results, maybe 1+50 next time.
Redscaling is basically loading the film in backwards, here's how if you don't already know - fmphotocourses.blogspot.com/2007/07/how-to-make-redscale-... .
It's basically only worth doing if you're using colour but I thought i'd try in B&W, I think it boosted the contrast a bit but I don't know because that could've been the new developing.
After a few months in the editing queue, it couldn’t be put off any longer. The scenery of Las Vegas, Nevada is perfect for any car, and Rilber’s Audi A4 on AG F522 Wheels is no exception! Click here for the full article by Sam Dobbins

This was the only water refilling station I saw at Pitchfork. Didn't pass by later when it got really crowded.
The queues were huge. If you can't go, then take a look at www.flickr.com/photos/briannegus/sets/72157620977791381/
