Concentrating on or questioning somebody of a specific race based on found characteristics or conduct of a racial or ethnic gathering, rather than on singular effect is racial profiling.

Patient, but questioning 'when can we walk?" and "is dinner soon?" This sweet bi-color-eyed canine continues to amaze me with the adaptation to her new home. Though she does keep us on a routine, she allows for some flexibility, especially on the weekends - must be that sixth sense! :) Kind of like that 'with-it-ness' that you observe with people in well-matched roles - always a great kudo! Here's a couple of pieces that probably had some people, more specifically my wife, questioning my sanity. In my defense, it was cheap and I was in Winnipeg, so I needed a little something extra to keep me powering through the week.
Nendoroid Anna and Elsa from Frozen.
Now, I'm not as big of a Disney Nerd, as it were, as I used to be. I've always enjoyed their designs (though IMHO Aladdin beats them all), and I did enjoy the once or twice I saw Frozen. The story was cute, and the designs were quite nice. Didn't quite get into Carpool Karaoke mode that many others did when the song came on the radio, and with my children being quite young, I didn't have to endure tone dea.... I mean.. charming, renditions of the songs by my daughters.
Whist in Winnipeg, a local seller had these up for $25 a pop, albeit with slight damage to the Olaf that came with Anna. Figured it was a good opportunity to get them both at once, so one rainy morning before work I met up with the seller and got the deal one.
On a side note, the Medicom Anna and Elsa are OUTSTANDING, and I would love to get my hands on those without having to pay black market organ prices.
If you haven't watched Frozen.. somehow.. then you're probably still somewhat familiar with the characters. Anna is the plucky younger sister of the Royal family, while Elsa is quite literally an Ice Queen, and lives a life like Bruce Wayne from Act One of The Dark Knight Rises.
As I've probably said before, the Nendoroid "style" lends itself to certain characters. At worst, you get a chibi version of a normal proportioned character, like with those Cosbaby release that Hot Toys puts out, but sometimes that Nendoroid magic just makes this release of the character that much more magical.
In this case, it leans more towards the magical side, though not as magically delicious as, say Kirby. The simplifed art style and cute proportions do make animated characters like Anna and Elsa somewhat more appealing that normal, but I feel that, especially in the case of Elsa, there significant loss of detailing on the outfits is to the detriment of the overall character itself.
Again, your standard Nendoroid rules regarding articulation, QC, included accessory types and so on apply here. Of the two, I'd have to give the slight advantage to Elsa with her raised eyebrow expression and much cooler ice based accessories.
Olaf.. well, he's kind of there. Nice addition, but ultimately doesn't really add a whole lot to the set IMHO because if you bought one, you probably bought both to display together.
GSC included a set of arms that allows you to link the two figures together in that pose I keep picturing Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie in.
This also brings me to the weakest part of the set, as it were.. that horrible snowflake base that Elsa comes with. It's honestly like a take out container lid with a snowflake moulded in.
Obviously while not an essential part of the Nendoroid experience (I don't think I actually own any of those, to be honest), a good solid set of figures that you shouldn't hesitate on if you find them for a good price.

Lately I feel like I'm questioning everything I've accepted to be true.
Things about myself.
Bother superficial and substantial.
I'm hoping this is just leading to wonderful things and not some sort of depression.
Destiny? Free will? Both?
As Forrest Gump said, "I don't know if we each have a destiny, or if we're all just floatin' around accidental-like on a breeze. But I, I think maybe it's both. "

Questioning the implications of Artificial Intelligence
‘Do You Trust This Computer?’ is a documentary that explores the significance of A.I. for humanity. According to several leading scientists, artificial intelligence is probably the greatest threat to our existence. The documentary casts a grim look at the future with the message that if we do not intervene now, humanity will not survive.
The question is, how should we intervene? What are we still missing in the discussion about the future of artificial intelligence? Scare tactics often distort the debate and leave out many nuances in the discussion of artificial intelligence. MU rather shapes a more nuanced public discussion. After the screening, an expert panel will reflect on what they have seen and what their thoughts are.
This screening and panel discussion takes place in the context of the exhibitions by Zach Blas & Heather Dewey-Hagborg.
Moderator: Patricia de Vries
Panel: Joaquin Vanschoren, Merel Noorman, Rosa Wevers.

ARE WE STUDENTS HERE TO FALL PREY TO THESE G-4 HAWKS ?????? FRIENDS, The recent gruesome incidences involving the rude and barbarous behavior of G-4 security guards in the campus triggers a debate questioning their duty and putting a sheer blot on their character. Without quibbling, their bossy rather irritating attitude has forced us to lead our life like a prisoner in our home without dignity. Please tum some recent logbooks of last one year. .
Scene I: Mahi-Mandvi fiLms show Actor: Mr. Cheema .
A nice movie is going on. Mr. "villain" Cheema enters and time freezes abruptly. Chief Security Officer (CSO) ofJNU is DRUNK. True to his spirits. He misbehaves with some students. Climax:: Around 300 students protest including President and Committee members lodging written complains against CSO with approval ofthe warden. Box office result:: No penalty imposed fi·om Administration side SEEMS Mr. Cheema is a HERO. He proclaims "MAlSTUDENTS KO INK/AUKATBATA DOONGA ". .
Scene 2:: Godawari hostel Actor:: Again a G-4 personnel: Time is lonely but he keeps his senses .
busy in peeping into a Girl's bathroom. .
Climax: Oh! He is caught. .
Box office result: He faces only transfer that too somewhere in JNU. .
.
Scene 3: A mob scene at Ganga Dhaba .
Actors: Local outsiders creating havoc. Night is taking its course. Girls of JNU are commented upon by .
outsiders. .
Climax: On routine basis stunt scenes and boxing services are also provided. .
Box office result: G-4 guards are excellent spectators. Nothing official about it. Their indifference to the .
students· cause shows their tagging with local outsiders. Why do 'nt they dare to ask them for their 1-Cards? .
.
Scene 4: Somewhere in the campus Actor: A mood wanting to be high. A G-4 guard-sitting there to sell .
the narcotics. .
Climax: Jt is safe to get it from him. .
Box office Result: ft is not anybody else but a G-4 guard vitiating the environment. .

In some instances on duty guards are found sleeping in hostels or watching TV. Phone receiver was stolen inspite of two guards posted in Narmada ho tel. Are they really doing dutie or ju t adding to their muscles by eating in our mess free of cost, that to beat students. Do you really feel being ecured? .
.
Most of the guards are posted to safeguard authorities and their belongings. \\'hat happened when a girl student was locked by G-4 in Tetla's toilet? That guard was beaten up by the tudent. .
To add another Oscar to their Film Company, they keep encroaching the student's freedom by quoting that we are not allowed to roam around Paschimabad, PSR Or B&C grounds. Till date. the srunc Administration, whose conduct with the students found guilty for even one degree has been harassing. failed to control the extremities of these Guards. The most recent notable event has seen a student manhandled brutally. What can you do when this army of criminals a ault you criminally at a desolate place? How can we avoid it? Simple answer just stick to your rooms (rather cells) after 10 P.M. .
We hope that matter will be looked into and whosoever found guilty should be punished. But the million dollar questions which stills strikes our nerves vehemently is that why Administration is acting in a biased manner and giving a protective shield to G-4 by turning a blind eye to their objectionable acts. Is it for the reasons that G-4 is also a part of the Administration? The time has come to think that who authorized these G-4 hand owls to humiliate us in our own loving Campus. Give it a thought and lend it to your voice. Thank You .

People are always questioning Guan Liang’s paintings: they look just like children’s work, why are they so valuable? Even some great writers applauded Guan Liang’s paintings, and some famous painters exchanged their works with him. The answer comes from the question itself. Guan Liang’s painting is valuable because it’s just like children’s work, with the innocent heart of an art addict.
Monday wash day!
Questioning the status of ordinary washing places, Caroline Jacob has shifted the usual location of the laundrette and will transform Mediamatic into a laundrette to present wASH. Preserving the social aspect of the laundrette, Monday Washday Laundrette is an opportunity to gather, try out wASH, as well as tell the stories emerging its creation. As an homage to the heirloom custom and the recipe embodied in the laundry detergent, visitors will be invited to wash their laundry in the space. The laundrette will open its doors every Monday and will be available for free use all day long. Visitors might become performers, clothes gesticulated, machines resonated.
