Somebody has to go on first...

I'll be presenting at 15.30 on the Friday of the Permaculture Convergence (www.permaculture.org.uk/convergence2014) in the main marquee, you are invited!

'The Quantified Self - Zone 00, now with added data!'

Synopsis:

Applying self-regulation and accepting feedback: how might we use measurement to better monitor and evaluate designs on our self? I'll be sharing how I'm using permaculture design to improve my physical health, the pros and cons of the technology and techniques I've implemented, and the results thus far.

This is one of my diploma designs and I'll also be presenting it through the lens of a design cycle.

(Full disclosure: Also at 15.30 on Friday are Guy Miklos: Diploma accreditation; Sean Gifford: Rooftop gardening in London; Les Moore: Open Money; Kerry Lane & Debbie Simmonds: Discussing the Design Web; and Yim Lo: Bicycle Maintenance Workshop)

At www.4degreez.com/misc/personality_disorder_test.mv - I'm only moderatley schizoid, narcissicistic/Obessesive-compulsive - get over it!
