Just thought that in reality this would be a little dangerous with pylons earthed in a Scottish Loch.

View from under a pylon.
Entre Varennes et Boucherville, des lignes à haute tension traversent le fleuve. Des pylônes permettent aux cables le franchissement du fleuve. Observez un de ces pylônes à partir de son socle. Une géométrie saisissante.
Kinda makes me wonder if this boardwalk path runs under the power pylons all the way to the distribution facility in Newark, California.
I saw this interesting sky near Rockbourne which provided a
nice backdrop to the pylons.

The sun was at just the right spot to the west and left of the image. It was now casting it's light on both the train and the pylons below that once formed a wooden bridge. I was on the southern shore waiting for the train to pull into position.
Pylons marching across the countryside, being careful not to step on the A1. I like pylons. This is near Long Bennington. Described in my book "A1 Landmarks", published by Amberley Publishing.
