For this "Still Life" composition I used natural Geranium branches affected by plant albinism, that I found at one place in my neighborhood. Plants with albinism occur when they don't produce chlorophyll. Emergent albino plant seedings will have a distinct white color without any hint of green pigment.

HANAYAMA - Infinity puzzle. Called Infinity not only because it looks like an infinity symbol when assembled, but because its movement continues endlessly until the pieces are taken apart.
I had to go looking around the house to find some puzzles that were well out of sight, found this in my sons room from a good few xmas's back.
HMM everyone.
Taken for Macro Mondays topic "puzzle." I had to borrow a puzzle from a friend as we have none in our house.
I'm thankful I have this puzzle now I'm doing. The governor has closed all restaurants (will be take outs at certain ones) and bars as of 3pm today. I went to the PO this AM and the town is deserted. No schools, Churches and the Library is shut down.
I'm thankful I have Flickr to communicate with others here at my house. I wish everyone to be safe..............

Puzzle - to offer or represent to (someone) a problem difficult to solve or a situation difficult to resolve. For example: Where are my keys? Where is the key to this lock? What does this key fit? I forgot my key, I'm locked out! 🤔 😕

Puzzle face up got damaged recently and couldnt use her as model... But finally today managed to finish her again.
Wanted her to look the same.... but ended even prettier :3
I bought this puzzle in 2012 on our cross country road trip, while we were in either Grand Tetons or Yellowstone. This fall we got one of those roll-up puzzle mats and in January I FINALLY opened the puzzle. We worked on it for a handful of nights over a couple weeks. Feels like it was a cheater puzzle since there is tons of text plus the map aspect, so it was easier to approximate where the pieces would go. Regardless, it was really fun and so satisfying to put it together! Kind of addictive and I stayed up way too late one night because I just kept saying to myself, one more piece! oops, now one more!
This is the puzzle mat that we got, but it really is giant. Way too big for this puzzle. Also, I definitely should have opened it ahead of time to wash and iron it, to get the big fold/wrinkles out.

And finally, it made me wish that we had a kid-safe space/room where we could store it. Instead, each time we had to bring in the card table from the garage and unroll the mat.
