This is the double bar pullup in a Marine obstacle course. The lower bar is 8 feet, you jump, grab that and get yourself over the 10 foot bar at the top.
I'm building a physical fitness facility for the US Navy at NSA Panama City. This facility trains combat divers for the Navy, the US Marines, the US Air Force and Coast Guard.
This obstacle course is a part of the project. It's not finished in these shots, there will be a 6" bed of cypress mulch chips placed down the course next week
I was in the Marines more decades ago than I want to admit. I could have run this course without much effort then but.....

Today, according to plan, my workout was pullup variations and core units. Yesterday, I didn't get to do my leg training though, so I decided to get fucked up with a hyper-workout today. Aah, my calves are on fire. So this is what I did:
Core 3x10
30 crunches to warm up
-Jack Knives
-Leg Spread Crunch
-Twist
-Oblique V-Up
Pull 7down ladder
(This means 7 of each, pause, 6 of each.. until 1 of each.)
-Classic Pullups
-Chin Ups
-Close Pull Ups
Legs 3x10
- 1 Leg Calve Raises (each side)
-Leg Curls
-Pistol Squats
-1 Leg Squats (each side)
Now I gotta go to fuel up on like 50g of protein (Recalling that lean quark shake recipe I posted? Yes. That! Now!)

These prints was a very bold and unique idea for Walmart to try out which works pretty well other then a few parents who cant seem to tell which one is front.
Each one has a different pack with a tail design that is at the bottom. The design idea was that the child became that dog character. Also note that if pullup is the right size then the tail design will be right on the child's tailbone hence giving the child the impression that they are THAT puppy and therefore not soil the training pants but training pants are ment for doing diaper things.

Another doll that I've recently bought is Yeolume Podo. I try not to get attached to her too much as she is destined to have a new face-up, but I did give her a name and some personality traits.
Xiao Chun (Litlle Spring in Chinese) is a very talented girl. She can play ancient Chinese instruments, sing and write calligraphy. She can also speak two languages and is good at every subject at school. Xiao Chun works very hard every day and sometimes doesn’t have much time to play. She doesn’t mind that though.
Xiao Chun’s life has changed a lot when a foreign exchange student moved into her family house. Now they can study together and it’s a real fun ^^
