Hoy ha llegado mi primera Pullip. Es la Pullip Nanette.
Su nombre es Nadia!
Es una nena presumida, buena y simpática.
After a few months of inactivity, I've finally finished her!
When Coolcat chips arrived I realized that I couldn't place them in the eye-sockets. I've purchased a pair of beautiful "candy" chips, but it was impossible to use them because of the inner shape of the eye-sockets. A couple days ago I found the way to mod them, so I went for it.
After finishig both modifications, polishing them, painting the eyechips, changing eyelashes, finishing lips face-up and sand-matting her body, these are the results.
I must glue dome and wig, but I'm not completely decided about fixing it or making a reroot using some beatiful hair from Leeke that I bought a lot of time ago (I feel some panic about that hard plastic dome).

Después de meses de tenerla parada ¡por fin la terminé!.
Cuando llegaron los chips de Coolcat me encontré con algo en lo que no habÃa caÃdo. Resulta que pedà unos preciosos chips de tipo "Candy" y al llegar me di cuenta de que iba a ser imposible ponérselos por la forma del interior de la parte blanca. Asà que hace un par de dÃas -y tras vencer toneladas de pereza- caà en cómo lo podÃa solventar sin comprar unos nuevos chips de tipo flat, de modo que me puse manos a la obra.
Y tras modificar los dos, pulirlos, pintar los eyechips (con las arandelas de papel laser no quedaban bien), cambiar pestañas, terminar el maquillaje de los labios y matear el cuerpo, éste es el resultado.
Lo único que le falta es pegar el dome (o como se llame) y la peluca, pero es que estoy un poco indecisa aún sobre si hacerle un reroot con un precioso pelazo de Leeke que tengo o no (me da pánico ese plástico duro, por muchos agujeros que tenga ya).

It's been a while since I took my Pullip photographed. Let's say that I prefer to take my BJD that I can more easily convey emotions.
So, I put back on PullipLand to regain some kind of photo.
The phrase that accompanies this picture describes my state when I was a teenager, wavering between what I wanted to be and what you wanted me to be. The cover of the book which it is drawn I was also so much more than I wanted to use it as an example for this photo here.

Cela fait un moment que je n'ai pris mes pullips en photo. Disons que je préfére prendre mes BJD à qui j'arrive plus facilement à donner des émotions.
Du coup, je me suis réinscrite sur PullipLand afin de reprendre un peu ce genre de photo.
La phrase qui accompagne cette photo décrit bien mon état lorsque j'étais adolescente, vacillante entre ce que je voulais être et ce que l'on voulait que je sois. La couverture du livre dont elle est tirée m'a aussi tellement plus que j'avais envie de m'en servir comme exemple pour cette photo là .
C'est Althéa, à peine sortie de son carton qui s'y colle. Ce ne pouvait être elle, mon mini moi, qui pouvait illustrer cette phrase.
