I come to know Anne on the Tweeter some 3 years ago. She was an ex-Model, She claimed that she had psychic power. I have never on webcam with her or get a real voice call with her. As I am a Buddhist, I believes in Karma. Therefore every times she asking for help . I do my best to push over my limit to help her. Not until 20241205 I decided , she not worth for me to help. Thus I stop!! My principle still hold, only Model's are of Conscience; Virtues & Integrity then I would have them with CharlieBrown8989's Angels Conferred!! N.B. Photographed in a thriving, neighborhood shopping district in Oakland, homelessness is an everyday reality with no solution in sight. In many ways, we're the contemporary version of Dicken's "A Tale of Two Cities" with home prices in this neighborhood starting at $800-$900k while two miles away a major thoroughfare is lined with crudely built shanties that look like a third world country. That said, Oakland is still a wonderful place to call home but we're better than this. Unfortunately, that applies equally to much of this country.

27th Annual Florida Renaissance Festival
Psychic Reader ~ Vendor ~ Inside Looking Out
March 2019 ~ Deerfield Beach, Florida U.S.A.
This was my 12th year covering this fun festival filled with color and pageantry and beautiful people. Each year some of the regulars return and sometimes fresh new faces appear to join the Renaissance Family. Some are vendors or employees, and some customers dress up to fit in with the renaissance festival fun and its 16th century way of life. One big happy family of a few thousand escaping the dull-drums of their daily life for a few hours. This year's crop of new faces was lovely. Hope you enjoy the images. I try to capture their joy. Always fun, festive and very colorful. Thanks very much for looking. Hazaaa!!

(I may have to post more of these later. I stopped to shot the sign and this little fella popped his head in the frame! Such a ham. Then, all his little friends joined him and waved in the window -- giddy with delight. They came running out on to the street to see the shots and asked us to snap a few more. I was all beyond adorable & made me feel all warm and fuzzy. Then, as we walked away, their total arsehole father-figure stormed the sidewalk screaming and cursing at us for taking pictures of the kids. Dude, I understand wanting to ask a question and being protective, but how about setting an example for your kids. Try not verbally accosting and threatening strangers.)
After years of trying, Mustafa finally became a member of the Burka brigade.
Here he is chuckling whilst posing for his first ever Burka photoshoot.
Sadly, this was the final picture of Muzzy,as he failed to notice the ever increasing Comet hurtling towards him
On the brightside, he made a fantastic firework display to end our evening

Madame Marie Temple of Knowledge Marie Castello (May 25, 1915 – June 27, 2008), who was known as Madam Marie, was an American Fortuneteller and Psychic Reader who worked on the Asbury Park, New Jersey, Boardwalk from 1932 until 2008. Madam Marie was the longest running tenant on the Asbury Park Boardwalk.
Castello was a fixture in Asbury Park for decades, telling fortunes on and off at her tiny booth on the boardwalk which is nicknamed The Temple of Knowledge. She read the fortunes of celebrities ranging from Judy Garland to Bruce Springsteen. According to accounts, Castello reportedly told Springsteen that he would be a huge success. Springsteen later jokes that she told all her musician clients the same thing.
Springsteen mentioned Castello in his 1973 song, "4th of July, Asbury Park (Sandy)", which earned her a certain amount of fame among his fans. Springsteen wrote in the song's lyrics of Castello, "Did you hear the cops finally busted Madam Marie for tellin' fortunes better than they do." Castello was never arrested during her career, according to Asbury Park deputy mayor Jim Bruno. Bruno added that, "...Springsteen turned her into an icon." Also in his song Brilliant Disguise,in writing about his failing first marriage he sings, "As we stood at the altar the gypsy swore our future was bright, but come the wee-wee hours maybe baby the gypsy lied". Springsteen reportedly never forgot Madam Marie and often visited her when he was back in Asbury Park. "He always comes by to say hello...He knows where he came from," Castello told the Asbury Park Press in a May 2008 interview with reporter Bill Handleman.

Tip 1: It is not a secret anymore!
At the moment that I discovered The Secret I realized that I had been living my entire life backwards. If things were good in my life, I was happy. If things were difficult in my life and everything was going wrong, I was stressed and miserable. In my...

2113 Marconi Ave
Sacramento, California
This is out in Arden-Arcade, an unincorporated part of Sacramento County which has its own name as a Census-designated place (CDP), but if you live in Arden-Arcade, you're still in "Sacramento" as far as your mailing address is concerned (yet its two zip codes do not overlap with any part of the incorporated city itself).
A recent report was published citing Arden-Arcade as being the #1 place in California for income inequality. The study must've broken it down by CDP. True enough, the difference between the 95825 and 95864 zipcodes are very stark.
Codes aren't as restrictive out in the unincorporated areas, but commercial additions are very rare. Cementing the yard to provide parking sure doesn't help the curb appear, but Marconi is a fast street where aggressive driving seems to be more common than average. It's kind of a high-anxiety area for drivers and pedestrians. The extra anxiety in the air might put people in the mood to know if/when it'll get better. Location, location, location!
