When it comes about the working mechanism of a proxy, enable server it is quite a technical subject. However,
let us try to come up with a few basics goo.gl/fkTTIr
Lower Proxy Falls, Three Sisters Wilderness, Willamette Natiional Forest, Cascade Mountains, Oregon.
With the help of a proxy server, you can have all such bans lifted. Consider you are in an African country where the access to a certain site is prohibited goo.gl/LDulmz
This was the main place I wanted to go on the trip and we had really great luck with how the conditions and timing worked out. The night before it had snowed quite a bit around Bend so when we got there the next morning we hiked through a fresh winter wonderland. The posts prior to this will show some of what we saw along the way.
Getting this particular view cleanly was ridiculously hard. The waterfall is so massive that shooting horizontal at 24mm is impossible to get the whole thing. So this is actually 3 photos taken at 24mm stitched. The main dilemma was trying to figure out how to get those 3 in succession and keep the waves of spray from getting on the lens. So I decided if I made a stack of 3 filters ranging from a 0.3GND and 0.6GND to a 0.9ND I could take one off each time I took a photo. My process after failing several times played out like this:
1. Leave tripod locked in for the first photo and prefocus camera for the next attempt
2. After cleaning filters from previous attempt wobble back out to the tripod with camera behind my back
3. Lock in camera and remove the 0.3GND and take the first photo
4. Break ice off tripod head and pan to second view, remove 0.6GND then take the second photo
5. Pan to third view, hope the 0.9ND isn't too soaked and take the third photo
But what kind of mother would nature be if she didn't make things interesting?

So I;'ve been printing and slowly painting all my Proxy War stuff but I don't really have anything for them to fight over!
So here we go, planned a bit of the layout and did my initial cuts of the foam, next stem is more more involved carving!

Using a couple of reference photos I made up an oversized papercraft copy of my head for halloween this year.
If there's enough interest I'll post up a howto :)
The tutorial for making one of these is up at cow.mooh.org/projects/bighead/ :)
Proxy Falls is a popular waterfall to visit and photograph in Central Oregon. This photo is of the slightly lesser known Upper Proxy Falls, which is near to the main falls but along a different trail.
The day that the photo was taken was beautiful, bright, and clear, which made it difficult to capture both the streaked water of the falls and the vibrant colors of the surrounding foliage. I also had to actually stand in the stream-bed while taking the picture which also add to the challenge.
Everything worked out though and I'm pleased with how the photo turned out.

Out of many – a private proxy is the best one to be mentioned here. Companies like, LocalProxies.Com are offering tailored services for individuals coming from different backgrounds and with different needs. In addition to the unblocking of social networking websites, you will also be able to unblock premium multimedia resources including shows, music, and movies. We don’t support piracy – yet we are also not for keeping users deprived of accessing their desired content by their color or ethnicity goo.gl/fkTTIr

All the information about us, our devices and our geographical location can easily be figured out with the help of this address. Hence by hiding our IP address we can keep ourselves and online activities hidden. Well, for achieving this goal there is nothing as useful and as better than the application of a private proxy.

This one is dedicated to the far too many parents I know/have heard of who have had their kids taken away from them because they were wrongly accused of having Munchausen by Proxy. I'm very fortunate to have never been a child in this situation, but there are far too many who are.
Basically, Munchausen by Proxy is when someone in care of a child/children - a parent, babysitter, etc. - purposefully hurts the child(ren) for the purpose of "saving" them after to become the "hero," and/or to get sympathy/benefits, etc. In other words, HORRIBLE.
But it is equally as horrible to have children with EDS - sick children - being taken away from loving parents because they have many more bruises and injuries than the average kid.
I know that child abuse is horrible and in true child abuse cases social workers have to work quickly, but there is devastating mental and emotional damage done to both children and parents when kids are wrongly taken away. As if these families need even more to deal with.
This is one of the reasons I will never, EVER stop advocating for EDS awareness. If more people knew what EDS is, maybe there would be less cases like these.

It's the month of May!! Do you know what that means?? It means that it's EDS awareness month!! And to celebrate/do my part, I'm going to *attempt* to take/publish a new picture every day for the next 31 days as a type of photojournalism project to illustrate concepts related to living with chronic illnesses. This is the 17th picture!
**What is Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS)? EDS is a rare genetic disorder that causes a person's collagen to be defective; collagen is the main component of connective tissue (the "glue" that holds our bodies together) that is the support for ligaments, muscles, skin, organs, joints, and blood vessels. In other words, people with EDS are living in a body that is literally falling apart. We suffer from numerous dislocations/subluxations every single day, skin that rips very easily, bleeding problems, extreme bruising... and SO much more. To learn more about it, please visit www.EDNF.org, or even just Google it!**

The use of a proxy service cannot be understood without knowing basics of how the internet works goo.gl/LDulmz
A private proxy is a program or device that performs a task access to the Internet rather than another computer. A proxy is an intermediate point between a computer with Internet connection and the server being accessed. When we surf through a proxy, we really are not getting direct access to the server, but we made a request to the proxy and it is he who is connected to the server you want to access and returns the result of the application.
