Here's one end of the cheap serial programmer I am using. I've gone ghetto style once again and have just stripped a bunch of wires and put them right into the pin holes on the programmer. This thing takes my programs compiled on the computer and sends them down to the Flash memory of the microcontroller. Basically it's how you put your own firmware/programs on the micro.

Quickfile didn't like my comments on the mistake one of their programmers made. Plus they didn't back up their customer data. So they've banned me for being unhelpful. They have just caused me to have to recreate 18 months of financial reconciliation but don't want me to tell people about it, like they didn't bother directly emailing their customers, waiting for them to find out when they logged in. So this is the justice you get when your company has made a MASSIVE mistake, don't inform your customers and expect us to be all forgiving for the waste of time you are going to cost me in uploading every single document again.
