Everyone's Waiting_Missy Higgins
I know all the lines to say
The part I’m expected to play
But in the reflection I am worlds away
As I put my costume on
Eyelashes one by one
Been doing this so long I can tie the knot
Behind my back
And everyone’s waiting
But it’s getting harder to hear what my heart is saying
'Cause everyone’s waiting
Picture taken in the studio
Maggie waiting for her dad to come home.
Smile on Saturday.

Agapanthus
For my 100 Flowers Project - 2023
It is amazing to see so many Agapanthus flowering as we head into Winter!
I captured this image of a man working in the Union Square Green Market in New York City. There's a lot of life written in his face.
Encounter in a local park last weekend. At this time of year lots of Mandarin ducks gather at a pond there. They disappear in spring, I have no idea where they are going. It's a shame that they don't stay at that pond because I would love to see them raise their ducklings.
I spent some time with this moth yesterday as it fed on our fall blossoms. This image shows an explosion of colors it as it feeds :)
As you continue to drive around SD-244 in Keystone, you come around to a profile view of George Washington. This is the same road as my Sunset in the Black Hills shot, just facing the opposite way.
If you would like to tour the area, here is a same spot in Google maps.... www.google.com/maps/@43.8759665,-103.4605509,3a,75y,8.02h...
