Liverpool Pride returned on 25th July 2026 as thousands of people filled the city with colour. After speeches were delivered to the crowds gathered outside Clayton Square, Liverpool, the centrepiece of the weekend was the Pride March, which began on Houghton Street, outside St John's Beacon, before making its way through the city centre via Church Street and Paradise Street, finishing on Lord Street.
Designed to improve accessibility, this year's route removes the need for the road closures used in previous years. For 2026, the march was walking only, with no vehicles or floats, placing the focus on community participation and collective visibility.
The march muster began at 10:30am and the march itself got underway at 11am.

This June 28th marks the 50th Anniversary of Stonewall, when our queer elders stood up for themselves and began to move history forward and set forth actions that would lead to what then was probably unimaginable. While most think of this day as the beginning of everything for the LGBTQ rights movement, in truth there are hundreds if not thousands of unsung heros that were fighting the same fight in many parts of the world.
The majority will probably never get the recognition they deserve. It’s to them and everyone who has stood up for themselves or others in the face of adversity, (be it for race, gender, identity, sexual orientation, age, religious belief, or any other part of you that is your identity) I commend and thank you.

Reykjavik Pride is an annual, multi-day event since 1999 in Iceland's capital. It serves to show solidarity with the Gay Community of Reykjavik. The symbol of the event is therefore the rainbow flag, which can be seen throughout the city during the festival - the opera house Harpa is also illuminated in the evening in these colors

Another camera man was taking pictures up above hence the angle of the stares however I prefer crowd level with my eye tracking on to take if possible :-)
International name: SOMFIFTY. Hybrid Tea Rose. Bred by Rob Somerfield. Named for the 50th anniversary of the New Zealand Rose Society Rose Trials in Palmerston North, the golden yellow blooms have an orange flush to the petals. Excellent for picking.

S Pride of America is a cruise ship built in the United States and is operated by Norwegian Cruise Lines. Inaugurated during the 2005/2006 cruise season as the first new U.S.-flagged cruise ship in nearly fifty years,[5] Pride of America was designed to pay homage to the spirit of the United States, from the patriotic artwork on the hull to the U.S.-themed public spaces. Home port is now Honolulu Hawaii. Now sits idle due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

This pride of lions was the first we spotted on our safari in the Masai Mara. This was also the first time I was seeing lions in the wild and it was just so exciting. Basking and lazing in the morning Sun at around 10am, these lions seemed to be resting after a hunt. Lions usually hunt early in the morning or late in the evening, just before nightfall.
What caught my attention was this cub who just sat there, without a care in the world, as if enjoying its youth. It was in the company of the lionesses of the pride. The cub formed a wonderful picture with the Sun on its back and the wind in its fur!

Is seen having climbed up to Shap Summit without even breaking a sweat with a train for Glasgow. The train is wrapped in progressive pride livery which was launched on the West Coast Main Line to celebrate the diversity of the communities it serves. When first launched this train was fully operated by an all-LGBTQ+ crew.
