Tom and I preordered our bikes online. But they showed up at the "online orders" area in boxes unassembled!!! so we begged and thank goodness they had two identical to the ones we ordered on the racks (the blue one in the background) and they let us switchero. Then there came the ordeal of finding a bike rack... We even went to a hunting and fishing store with carcasses on the walls. But the hill billies were helpful and directed us towards the sports authority. John canceled his black rock city bike order and opted for this red hot ride instead.
