Rehearsals for the Ann Arbor Dance Classics 2023 Recital on Thursday June 15th, 2023. Performances were held on Friday June 16th and Saturday June 17th at Milan High School (Milan, Michigan). There were two performances on each day.

A triadic color scheme practices the use of colors that are uniformly spaced around the color wheel. This use of color can be very vibrant, even with the soft yellow; it works well with the green and blue. The image doesn’t allow one color to over power the rest, which is why the sky is whited out; other wise blue would over power the image. (www.bwgreyscale.com/adimg02/adv_0588.JPG)
As with the first tour, our group was a diverse bunch: artists, curators, a signer, a designer, a writer, etc.
There was an amusing moment when someone arrived sans cycle, expecting to rent one onsite. It never occurred to us to advertise the tour as BYOB (bring your own bike). Good thing James had his car in case anyone was unable or unwilling to ride--they could hitch a ride with him.

A rare practice on Saturday for most high school football teams this late in the season means an extra day of work for the players. Because of Covid-19 delay in the start of the season, and the YAIAA and PIAA rearrangement of the playoffs, and a player on the team they were to play tested positive for the virus, meant the York High Bearcats would have a bye the first round. With Halloween weekend falling at the same time, Coach Stoner with the generosity of the community providing the treats, held their annual Trick or Treat on Saturday after practice.
