Pots with plants outside an old house in Mochos village, Crete

Looking close... on Friday! -Multicoloured Collection

Actually, they’re hairy pots from the Hairy Pot Plant Company and they were potted…ooops! I mean SPOTTED at Walmer Castle near the gardens there. It was such a whimsical little SPOT that I had to STOP and take a few photos!

taglio stretto per via del moltiplicatore, posatoio non trascendentale ma è il "suo" posatoio, volendo avrei potuto chiudere un f 11 ma sarei salito ancora con gli iso

It was slightly fuid as is the custom but the flavour was far superior to shop-bought and the pot was soon empty.

The wee pot of coins found at the end of the rainbow, no gold just silver and copper in this one.

One of my new favorite spots nestled away in the South Mountain Game Lands - love when I find a new place in the mountains that is relatively unknown, and what's even better is when the road to get to places like this winds along the mountains and crosses multiple streams. Weekend getaways like this make you feel like you are living an epic journey on the big screen #wanderlust #explore #mountainadventures #carolinaphotographer #offroad #offbeatenpath #adventure #outdoors #canonphotographer #canon90d

Not been that happy with my macro raindrops recently. As there were loads around this morning I practised.

Comments + welcome.

Thank you for your favourites. :O)

I was craving pot roast but I’m the only one who likes it at my house. (Although one will eat a dish of vegetables/broth & the other will occasionally eat a bit of it all.) I seared a chuck steak (much thinner than chuck-roast) added organic vegetable broth, red wine, whole tomatoes, celery, carrots, zucchini, cabbage & potatoes. Cut the stovetop time & oven time to get a beef-stew-like dish.

These are two of my favourite pots - I love the shapes. The pitcher with handle is quite old - antique? and the other one is modern.

They sit on my fire surround and for several days I'd been thinking they would make a nice still life subject because the light was falling on them in an attractive way.

I took several and then decided to see how they would look with my camera's 'Art - soft focus' setting, and I chose this one to post.

…… Two of our neighbours are away at the moment so we are busy tending theirs as well as our own, both have quite a few pots to look after and this Urn took my eye today for my #233 shot of the day! Quite pleased with the iPhones take on it too. Alan:-)
