Happy Lunar New Year to all the Chinese flickr users out there! In line with my recent wildlife upload, I decided to upload an image of my dog (Jay) from a recent photoshoot.

I was in Perth celebrating Chinese New Year with family. Really looking forward to spending a week Photographing Perth. That didn't happen, a heat wave came in during the day of my arrival and the sweltering heat was too much to bear. Clouds were playing hard-to-get and to top things off, I got sick. Really Sick! I ended up spending four full day recuperating and missing the best sunset of week! Hence on the last day, I knew that I had to photograph something.
As sunset came, clouds that were floating beautifully in the skies all disappeared. My intended composition of a broken jetty in the Caning river, lacked one of this most important element. I knew that I had to find another subject desperately. My dog came running pass the field, bathed with the warm glow of the setting sun. I knew that was it! I left my tripod aside, got low to the ground and started using him as my model. Being camera shy, he would never remain still, running around the field like a chicken with its head cut off. I would then use his treats to try to get him back into position. It was tough work but definitely something that was very rewarding. This is my favourite shot from that photoshot. Hope you enjoy!!

-perlukan kedudukan badan yang agak mnyenget.
-postur badan semestinya tegap n agak fleksibel.
-pastikan kedua2 belah siku disokong oleh peha utk memastikan vibrate reduction berfungsi..
-lembutkan sedikit kaki utk menjengkit.anggap saja ianya system ballancing yg mapan.
-tangan kiri dibawah n tangan kanan menggengam erat serta terus click...
-aku menggunakan mata kiri utk melihat, so aku akan menggunakan otak kanan utk berfikir n deria terus mengatakan....yupsss...cepat click encik edoi...hasilnya..tadaaaa...
skill ini xde kena mngena dengan mana2 institusi atau ahli2 badan photographer..
rekaan ku sendiri semata2....
selamat mencuba..
mungkin hasilnya lebih menarik sekiranya dilakukan di railway atas sebab2 mudah melompat, n mudah melarikan diri ketika diserang polis berkeldai..keh keh keh...

Its not the shiniest wheel you have ever seen but I thought it would make a good potrait shot with all the factory llights in the shot
When I saw them playing the lion dance, I quickly rushed up 14th floor to get my camera. They were cooperative n continue their play for a while for me take some photos for them.....The little girl provided rhythem of the drum "verbally". The kids' smiles n their movements inspire me with the real CNY happy mood!!!
