Uma folha de samambaia acordando em seu explendor...

Bankside, Glendasan River, Glendalough

Seeing this Barred Owl for the first time in the wild was the absolute highlight of this trip to Vancouver Island. I saw "something" fly and then saw robins bothering him. He sat patiently for a few minutes allowing me to get this shot.

Castle Stalker, Argyllshire.

The midges were like Spitfires .. and the dog was off killing something with feathers (which were all over his muzzle when he returned) .. so it's a wonder I managed to get a shot at all!

From the archives.

The sun broke through the clouds while we were getting soaked from the rain and created this perfect arch over Hamilton harbour. I switched to the 20mm lens, the widest I had with me, and still did not get the entire rainbow in frame. For the first few minutes only the end of the rainbow on the water was visible. Then the streamers of rain lifted a bit to reveal the entire arch. So thrilling to see it take shape!

Ma come fanno a dire che i rapaci notturni fanno paura????

But as they make to say that the nocturnal predator they make fear?????

We had an amazing burn this morning. As we were lining it up, my buddy Mario turned around and was like "holy shit". We then raced to the other side of the tree for this rainbow arch alignment.
