The potions classroom has evolved a lot todayand is getting there. I want to enter this in the monthly Brickset building competiton.
I decided to house it in the rock formation I started on a while ago.
I wanted to put the classroom really in a 'dungeon' and then thought it might be a good idea to actually put it 'in' the rocks underneath Hogwarts Castle.
In case my handwriting is too sloppy to read, the caption in the photo says "There's no magical potion to improve your life, but hope and persistence make their own kind of magic."

Harry Potter!
I've been pretty lax in collecting the Harry Potter series dolls. Mostly because they're now an order online deal and since the hideousness of a few years ago, they've been largely an order online from England deal. But I think it's time to start catching up.
This Hermione that I'm just calling Polyjuice Potion Hermione comes from Chamber of Secrets. It either came out in 2021 or 2022. I was waiting for it to show up on Amazon but it never did and for awhile was sold out on Amazon UK. It finally popped up on Amazon US. It was meant to arrive late-June to mid-July, very unhelpful tracking info, but it surprisingly arrived Friday. And after checking the label, came lightning fast from Spain.
This doll is so cute! It's the same uniformed Sorcerer's Stone/Chamber of Secrets doll we got before but I didn't know she'd be posed exactly like the scene. Moaning Myrtle even makes an appearance! I love all Hermione's accessories and potion bottles. My only wish is that they included a cat mask for anyone posing or playing with this doll to act out Hermione's feline mistake.
