Potion has designed several interactives that facilitate the search for high-end condominiums. Prospective buyers can literally "light up" apartments they are interested in by touching a screen. On the attached architectural model, the unit automatically lights up, and the screen displays information about that unit - square footage, amenties, et cetera. The visual cue helps prospective buyers orient themselves to the building and compare different units on sale. Sales agents update the availability of apartments in real time, and the system reflects the progress of sales throughout the development.
Reminds me a bit of my first Jonny Ball science set way back when I was a nipper! Except there would be more iron fillings, fire and sparks if this was mine :)
