Fairly self explanatory. Brought the flower inside for a more controlled environment (read: no wind) for a little macro photography.
i thing it's time to stop posting all that "i was there" for a moment and start posting something that is interesting to me not only as memories
Just wanted to see what picnik could do. I have a question! If you have a flickr pro do you also get picnik premium or are they seperate things? Just wondering...

For today's Whispery White Wednesday theme: White Jewellery, another shot of my Grandmother's pearls - this time with her pearl earrings as well.
I still find that photographing white is a challenge, even with the Canon's adjustable White Balance I don't manage true white. This has been adjusted using Picnik (and it's still not white ... doh!!)

This is a photo I've wanted to make for a long time. I pulled over in the Mini during a solo drive to Moss Lake. In the photo, its a much prettier boat than I'd thought.
As before, but with a goodly bit more gaussian blur in post process, and a wee bit of feathering of the selected areas.
this set was overexposed, so i used photoshop curves to bring out the color!! :D
very blurry, but still a picture. haha
