Procreate on iPad with a Pogo Connect
Proportionally it's a little askew, but as an attempt at something a little more involved, I had fun painting it!

Improv makes heroes.
Watching improv theatre is big fun. Acting is even better. If you have the chance then dont hesitate, try it!

ipad procreate pogoconnect
I received a pair of Pogo brush tips in the post the other day and have been itching to try them out... Procreate I like loads and generally use to test out a Bluetooth stylus however I'm finding on ipad 3 with iOS7 it's lagging a little too much for my liking... I'm finding that at the speed I like to paint at I have to click twice on buttons and then realise that it's working, just thinking... So Sketchbook - which I also like loads - it was.
As ever I took a line for a walk to see where it led. Possibly the colouring and final ink work have been influenced by my one of my favourite birthday presents - Historical Heston by Blumenthal and my favourite loving artist - Dave McKean.
But what did I think about the brush tips? Hmmm. Need to paint a couple more to definitely say. Interesting though and the Pogo Connect is my favourite by stylus at the moment.
third attempt at using the pogo connect. not as sensitive as I had hoped but well enough to be productive. still find myself pressing hard which hurts my hand.
Each stylus pen drawn with that type of stylus pen. Two, I hope, to go: (Hex Nota and Jot Touch v4).
Latest on the very long list of things I didn't know: Photoshop Touch connects to Bluetooth styli. Not all of them (no Wacom support as yet) and in its own beautifully obtuse way (save, leave image, connect - although I don't think they had an orange haired oddball in mind when then put the option where they did...)
As normal some are better than others, but I shan't say which is which until I've had more time to play. Hoping to add a Jot Touch v4 and Hex Nota to the pic soon. So it's not finished, a work in progress...
