Simple ICM in the playground as I try to look at familiar areas with a different perspective. This was my first walkabout after being in Hospital for 14 nights with Lyme Disease. Oh my I'm so slow and for heaven's sake check yourself for ticks. I'm on IV Antibiotics for 28 Days at home. The pain was horrendous in my back and arms and had Bell's palsy both sides of face. There was no bullseye bite mark from a tick but the test results came back after 10 days verify Lyme Disease. Any way up and walking now, lost 13 pounds and have very little upper body strength. Hence some ICM's for a bit until I can hold a camera steady.. Shot with a variable ND filter that I just purchased so I can have more opportunities for ICM during bright situations.

"Time spent in nature is the most cost-effective and powerful way to counteract the burnout and sort of depression that we feel when we sit in front of a computer all day." -- Richard Louv

“The future will belong to the nature-smart—those individuals, families, businesses, and political leaders who develop a deeper understanding of the transformative power of the natural world and who balance the virtual with the real. The more high-tech we become, the more nature we need.” -- Richard Louv
