Der 2-Komponenten Schwanheimer Harz Kitt und Schwanheimer Härter Kitt auf Epoxid-harz-basis ergeben einen festen, weitgehend alterungsbeständigen Formstoff mit guter Dimensionsstabilität. Der Ausdehnungskoeffizient ist ähnlich dem von Kupfer und Stahl. Der Kitt wird in der benötigten Menge gemischt (geknetet) und anschließend aufgetragen.
Klebt, füllt, dichtet gleichzeitig (sogar unter Wasser). Ideale Haftung auf Metall, Stahl, Kupfer, Messing, Guss, Aluminium, Keramik, Stein, Beton, Holz, Glas, Gummi und den meisten handelsüblichen Kunststoffen. Die Materialien können auch kombiniert werden.
Befestigen, Überbrücken, Füllen, Modellieren, Formen, Ausbessern und Instandsetzen. Nach der Aushärtung kann der Reparatur Kitt mechanisch bearbeitet werden, wie bohren, schleifen, sägen, Gewinde schneiden und überlackieren. Einfache Verarbeitung, unglaubliche Festigkeit, optisches, sauberes Auffüllen und Verbinden der unterschiedlichsten Materialien.
Er hat eine Temperaturbeständigkeit von –35°C bis +200°C und ist weitgehend chemikalienbeständig.
Unser Industrie Kitt ist erhältlich in der Gebindegröße: 80g.
Kühl und trocken lagern. Unter diesen Bedingungen beträgt die Haltbarkeit 2 Jahre.

Unsere Industriekleber sind lösungsmittelfreie auf Ethylester basierende kalthärtende 1-Komponenten Cyanacrylat Klebstoffe, die mehr oder weniger schnell durch Druck aushärten und unter Luftfeuchtigkeit polymerisieren. Die Flächen sollten sauber sein. Bei schon vorher verklebten Teilen sollte der alte Klebstoff restlos mit unserem Universallöser und Reiniger entfernt werden. Der Klebstoff sollte einseitig punkt- oder strichweise aufgetragen werden. Ohne Druck ist eine Verschiebung und Korrektur kurzzeitig möglich. Der Klebstoff härtet unter Druck ohne Hilfsvorrichtungen oder erhöhter Temperatur aus. Die Verklebungen sind weitgehend temperatur-, feuchtigkeits- und chemikalienbeständig.

Ein ultimativer Haftvermittler für viele Materialien in Verbindung mit unserem Schwanheimer Industriekleber. Geeignet für Silicone, Latex, Teflon (PTFE), Thermoplastische Isomere (TPE), Polyethylenterephtalate (PET), Naturlatex und mit Einschränkungen für Polypropylen und Polyethylen. Primer Plus wird vor der Verklebung mit dem im Schraubkopf eingebauten Pinsel beidseitig aufgetragen. Nach einer Einwirkzeit von mindestens 30 Sekunden wird eine Seite mit unserem Klebstoff benetzt und die Teile zusammmengefügt.
Ein weiterer Vorteil von Schwanheimer Primer plus in Verwendung mit Schwanheimer Industriekleber ist die Haftungsfähigkeit in Relation auf die Schnelligkeit und Korrigierbarkeit bei normal nicht verklebbaren Materialien. Eine Fehlverklebung kann bei Anwendung kurzfristig (ca. 3 Sekunden) nachkorrigiert werden, ohne dass das Klebeergebnis nennenswert beeinträchtigt wird.
Eine Kombination der Systeme Schwanheimer Primer plus und Schwanheimer Industriekleber lässt enorm vieles möglich werden. Er ist auch mit unseren anderen Produkten kombinierbar. Die Kapillardüse wird auf die Tropfspitze vom Klebstoff aufgesetzt. Somit kann man den Klebstoff sehr fein und präzise dosieren. Außerdem läuft der Klebstoff durch die Kapillarwirkung weitgehend in die Flasche zurück. Sollte etwas stehen bleiben, wird ein paar Mal auf die Flasche gedrückt. Die Kapillardüse lässt sich jederzeit in Aceton reinigen. Sie hat einen speziellen Verschluss, der nach dem Gebrauch die Flasche mit der Kapillardüse verschließt. (Der Verschluss ist auf dem Foto nicht abgebildet).
Der Löser für Sekundenkleber und Klebstoffe vieler Art, Lacke, Harze, Fette etc., sowie als Fleckenentferner für Textilien und Teppichböden. Zur Reinigung und Vorbehandlung (vor dem Verkleben) von vielen Materialen.
Die Produkteigenschaften sind: Schnelle Wirksamkeit, wirkungsstabil, umweltverträglich, wasserlöslich, leicht biologisch abbaubar, chlor-, säuren-, laugen und Acetonfrei.
Anwendung an fast allen Materialen möglich wie: alle Metalle, Modeschmuck, Edelmetalle, Kunststoffe, Holz, Glas, Stein, Porzellan, Marmor, Terrakotta, Keramik, Gips, Tone. Verschiedene Textilien und vieles mehr.
Für empfindliche Materialien wie z. B. PVC, Textilien, usw. verdünnen Sie unseren Universallöser und -Reinger 1:1 mit Wasser.
Nach dem Reinigen/Lösen sollte er mit Wasser komplett abgespült werden, um danach die optimale Klebekraft unseres Klebstoffs zu erreichen.
