The Bay Area's Filipino community gathers for a festive celebration of holiday spirit, hope, unity and pride to the glow of hundreds of lights from colorful hand-crafted parol lanterns. There will be holiday treats, music, and an exhibition of parol lanterns. This is a FREE event.
Parade Information: The Parol Lantern procession will begin at the Bayanihan Community Center at 6th and Mission Streets and proceed along Market Street to Yerba Buena Gardens.
What is "kikay"? LOL!
"Kikay" means "things that girly-girls do", like makeup, bags, shoes, anything to do with girls.... nice eh? haha! Have a nice day!
