My perfectionism got the best of me and had to tweak this frame a little bit and add a little bit of brown to the upper left hand corner.
This is a frame I made for my friend Eric from maple and bubinga. The picture is a collage of Flint and the newspaper clipping on the back is about the artist.
This is a closeup of the installed hanger. The hanging-wire holder is inserted into the C-channel and the screw is only partly tightened. This lets you move it back and forth easily while keeping it from popping out. I use light chain to hang the picture from the hooks. I like using chain because it's strong and it's very easy to get exactly the same length on both sides.

Re-decorating is one of my new favorite hobbies. Though I don't have as good a taste as some, I still enjoy experimenting with ideas.
That shirt does not normally hang there. I simply removed a picture frame and hung it on the bare nail because it was a nice spot, with the light from a nearby window shining through. It's my favorite shirt as of now, with it's rose and beige colored stripes. I found it on sale at Marks & Spencer's in Malaysia (we don't have a M&S anywhere near here) so I was elated to snag it, to say the least.
