Interstate 81 (I-81) is a north–south (physically northeast–southwest) Interstate Highway in the eastern part of the United States. Its southern terminus is at I-40 in Dandridge, Tennessee; its northern terminus is on Wellesley Island at the Canadian border, where the Thousand Islands Bridge connects it to Highway 401, the main Ontario freeway connecting Detroit via Toronto to Montreal. The major metropolitan areas that I-81 connects to include Harrisburg and the Wyoming Valley in Pennsylvania and Syracuse in New York.
I-81 largely traces the paths created down the length of the Appalachian Mountains through the Great Appalachian Valley by migrating animals, American Indians, and early settlers. It also follows a major corridor for troop movements during the Civil War. These trails and roadways gradually evolved into U.S. Route 11 (US 11); I-81 parallels much of the older US 11. Being mostly rural, it is heavily used as a trucking corridor, and is often used as a bypass of busier Interstates to the east such as I-95. For this reason, it is also used heavily by drug and human traffickers, as it is less monitored by law enforcement than the I-95. This led to the FBI forming a task force to combat the issue in 2017.
The Interstate 81 Corridor Coalition, a six-state coalition, was organized to handle issues along I-81, such as truck traffic and air pollution; the commission meets annually. I-81 is part of the fastest route between the capital of the United States (Washington, D.C.) and the capital of Canada (Ottawa).

MUH is the mathematical universe hypothesis that says all structures that exist mathematically also exist physically and furthermore in those worlds with self aware substructures they will thus consider themselves in a “real” world and different worlds with different initial conditions or potential equations are equally as “real” which enters the perceptual perplexities of platonic realism in regarding only the revelation of smaller parts of the fabric totality. What we see is only but an illusion, a three dimensional shadow of the continuous. Time for example can only be measured down to a plank where it thus becomes unobserved, undetermined, quantum chance. This mathematically perceived universe of MUH is a multiverse created of structure in which there are no “things” but only that which exists in structural relationships, a similar concept to the mathematical algorithm of “chaos theory” or the Buddhist conceptualization of “MU” or emptiness.

She was physically and emotionally abusive towards her little sister and quickly learned that physical power could be used toward many gains. Even as a child she had a hatred towards humans, as did the other elves, and in school was taught that the humans were responsible for the loss of the elven gods. Around authority she was polite and respectful, but in situations where she was in a position of power she became cruel and sadistic. When she reached her teens, she developed a fascination with pain and began cutting herself, as well as torturing her little sister and threatening to kill her if she ran to their parents. Eventually her sister did tell, and Shael was sent to receive behavioral treatment when she turned sixteen.
The Retribution of Scyrah, seeing potential, took Shael in and began training her as a mage hunter. She grew to be one of their greatest assassins but eventually turned rogue and began working as a mercenary.
While working as a mage hunter, Shael assassinated several humans over the course of ten years before she was assigned to infiltrate a small Khadoran unit, to take out their mage. Assuming a false identity, she joined them as one of two snipers within the unit but made one crucial mistake: she got too close to the commander of the unit and ended up falling in love with him. His name was Kirion, and he was everything Shael was working against — not only was he a human, but he was also a paladin with a strong sense of justice. She knew that if she successfully eliminated her target, Kirion would soon be hot on her heels seeking revenge. She chose to abandon her mission and return to Ios. However, her feelings for Kirion remained and she found herself returning to Khador regularly to visit him.
Kirion tried several times to convince Shael to stay in Khador and make a life with him, but she refused. After a year, she realized she was pregnant. She went into hiding, disgusted with herself for carrying a half-human child. The night the child was born, Shael met with an old contact — an Infernalist who helped her to initiate an Infernalist pact, sacrificing the soul of the newborn child. The infernal towered over her, and as she handed the child over she made the mistake of looking the baby in the eyes. A sudden rush of feelings overwhelmed her and she hugged her daughter tightly and cried a hushed name before the infernal ripped the child from her arms and disappeared.
In exchange for the baby's soul, Shael's life was extended indefinitely. She returned to Kirion shortly after. He begged her once again to stay with him, and she became infuriated and told him she would never live among humans, let alone with a human. She then told him about her pregnancy and that she would rather die than have a half-human child. Horrified, he threw her out and told her never to return.
A few months later, Shael was camping during her travels when a small ethereal child appeared to her. It had pale translucent skin, long wispy hair, and its eyes squeezed tightly closed. It smiled with a sharp toothy grin and introduced itself as Thotae. Shael was shocked. Thotae, meaning "true beloved", was the name she had given her daughter as the infernal snatched her away. The being calling herself by her dead child's name continued to haunt Shael, and it quickly became apparent that Shael was the only one able to see and hear her. The two came to an agreement where Thotae used her abilities to give Shael a sort of extra sense. Being able to see everywhere at once gave her a major advantage as an assassin. Thotae began referring to Shael as her mother, so Shael began twisting Thotae's name, referring to her as Tato.
Shael and Tato worked together for the next four hundred years. Shael changed her identity several times, going back and forth between being in hiding and working as either an assassin or a spy for the Iosan government. Gradually her eyes began deteriorating, making it difficult for her to see. Through her link to Tato, she taught herself the ability to use Tato's eyes, giving herself the ability to still control her body while viewing her surroundings from Tato's body.

Letchworth Village was a residential institution located in Rockland County, New York, built for the physically and mentally disabled of all ages from the newborn to the elderly. Opened in 1911, Letchworth Village at its peak consisted of over 130 buildings spread out over many acres of land.
On February 27, 1950, the first trial case of the polio vaccine in the United States was administered to an 8-year-old patient. After the patient suffered no side effects, the vaccine was administered to 19 more of the institution's children.
In 1972, a New York affiliate of ABC News featured Letchworth Village and its appalling conditions in an episode called Willowbrook: The Last Great Disgrace which helped lead to reform of similar healthcare institutions throughout the United States. But prior media attention and national focus was not enough to save Letchworth Village, and by the mid-1980s, the institution was no longer being adequately funded nor properly managed and residents, including children, continued to be found unclothed, unbathed, and neglected. In addition to rampant abuse among the institution's residents, staff also suffered abuse at the hands of fellow co-workers which included incidents of rape.
In 1996 the institution was permanently closed down, and many of its abandoned structures have since fallen into serious disrepair.
In 2011, Letchworth was featured on the Travel Channel's Ghost Adventures cable-television series on Season 5, Episode 6 which originally aired on October 28, 2011.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jennings Randolph Lake hosted the 3rd annual Wounded Warrior/Physically Challenged Hunt on April 22, 2016. This year, a total of four hunters participated, including Iraq War Veteran Jeff Chaney. The event is organized by Corps rangers and local volunteers, and provides individuals with physical disabilities the opportunity to hunt with assistance from experienced turkey hunters. Tucked between Garrett County, Maryland, and Mineral County, West Virginia, Jennings Randolph Lake stretches along 5.5 miles of spectacular countryside on the North Branch of the Potomac River. Story:
Frederick Treves a surgeon at the London Hospital, discovered John Merrick
in a Victorian freak show in London's East End. Merrick was so deformed that he must wear a hood and cape when in public,Treves was professionally intrigued by Merrick's condition and brought him to the Hospital so that he could examine him. There, Treves presented Merrick to his colleagues in a lecture theatre, displaying him as a physiological curiosity. Treves drew attention to Merrick's most life-threatening deformity,his oversized skull, which compelled him to sleep with his head resting upon his knees, as the weight of his skullwould suffocate him if he were to ever lie down.
In the hospital Merrick was gradually revealed to be sophisticated and articulate.Merrick passed his days reading, drawingand making a model of a church visible through his window.
One day, Treves brought him to take afternoon tea at home together with his wife, Ann. Merrick, overwhelmedby the familial love he perceived in the domesticity about him, showed them his most treasured possession, a picture of hismother, and expressed his wish that she would love him if she could only see what "lovely friends" he had. Later,Merrick began to receive society visitors in his rooms, including the celebrated actress Madge Kendal.He became a popular object of curiosity and charity to high society. As these connections and visits increased.
But things didn't go well for Merrick.He was dying from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. As a treat, Mrs.Kendalarranged an evening at the musical theatre. Resplendent in white tie, he rised in the Royal Box to an ovation, having had the performance dedicated to him from Mrs Kendal. That night, back at the hospital, Merrick thanked Treves for all he had done and finished his model of the nearby church. Imitating one of his sketches on the wall—a sleeping child—he removed the pillows that had allowed him to sleep in an upright position, lied down on his bed and died,consoled by a vision of his mother, Mary Jane Merrick, quoting Alfred Lord Tennyson's "Nothing will Die".

The South Jersey Field of Dreams is a place where physically and mentally disabled children and adults can play and participate in that Great American Pastime, baseball. The city of Absecon has generously donated a new baseball field at their Dr. Jonathan Pitney Recreation Park for this Field of Dreams. With the support of our generous sponsors, we have been working hard to turn this into a place where any child or adult, regardless of their physical abilities, can play ball. We have accomplished so much in a short time, but there is still much more to do.
The infield has been constructed with a special surface compatible to walkers and wheelchairs, and the dugouts and the parking and drop-off areas are handicapped accessible. We have a long list of improvements that still need to be made, so we are reaching out to you for help.

Next year’s Commonwealth Games offers a unique opportunity to inspire people across Scotland to be more physically active and create lasting legacy for the whole of Scotland.
Commonwealth Games Minister Shona Robison today (25 Nov 2013) visited Crown Primary School and the Inshes Adventure Playpark in Inverness, and Badaguish Outdoor Centre in Aviemore, to meet young people already benefiting from education and sporting opportunities resulting from the Games.
Ms Robison said,
“The Commonwealth Games in Glasgow next year offers a unique opportunity to inspire people across all of Scotland to become more physically active and create a lasting legacy for the whole of Scotland.
I’m delighted to be able to visit Inverness and Aviemore today, and meet with many of the young people and staff already benefiting from Legacy funding in the region. I look forward to visiting many more of these across Scotland over the next few months in the run up to the Games.”
The £10m Legacy Active Places Fund was launched in October 2012 by Ms Robison to enhance or increase opportunities for people to be more physically active.
Crown Primary School has an active sports culture that promotes health and wellbeing, it was awarded today the first Game on Scotland plaque, a recognition of its active engagement in the national education programme, which uses the Commonwealth Games to inspire pupils.
The Inshes Park was built following cash funding of £94,000 from the Scottish Government’s Legacy 2014 Active Places Fund and was developed with input from local youngsters.
The Speyside Trust who run the Badaguish Outdoor Centre was successful in its application for an award from the Legacy 2014 Active Places Fund. They will receive £50,375 towards a bike trail suitable for use of cycles for the disabled.
Depression can have very negative affects on you both physically and mentally. Below you'll find some very useful tips to help you begin your trip to battle depression.
Keep up with your usual social activities. While you are depressed, it might be difficult to find the motivation to go out and spend time with other people. No matter what you feel like, do them anyway. Keep on doing the things you normally would. By not doing them, you'll likely only become even more depressed.
Don't allow yourself to fall into a bad depression loop. Dwelling on all the negativity that envelops you will just aggravate your depression further. Try your best to think positively, and surround yourself with people who try to get you thinking positively rather than indulging your negative thoughts.
Take the initiative to get outside every day and absorb some sunshine. It is a proven fact that sunlight deprivation can aggravate depression.
To be able to help you manage your depression symptoms, you should try to meditate regularly. Meditation may benefit your mood and lower the blood pressure, as research indicates.
Turn to the long run rather than to the past if you are managing depression. Rather than dwelling around the things in your daily life that have gone wrong, try to focus on anticipation of a bright future.
To lessen depression, wear your favorite outfit or dress. Dress up and get out of the home. Not because there's a unique event to go to, but simply because you feel good! When you accomplish this you will look better and feel happier about your appearance. This could also make you feel better about yourself and get rid of depression.
Depression can be challenging, though if you practice some patience, and place in some effort, it is possible to defeat it. You just must seek information and work together with your physician to determine how you can treat your depression safely to become healthier and happier. When I'm craving for the crappy local Chinese take away, it means my body is physically homesick.
Worked for Richard since 8:30again, a long day with absolutely no food at all, he ran out of food in his place lol. We had such a long and productive day, finished the final edit of the book, both of the promos are on Youtube, as well as the music file. He was going to take me to this Chinese place he goes every thursday, apparently he told the people about his little Chinese Editor lol, but we were their too early, literally an hour before it opens. So... 5:00pm, I got back home, STARVING, all I have been having is bottled water and coffee.
Just had Tesco delivery last night thank god, decided to cook some proper noodle from hometown. Don't think other Chinese other than us would eat this much of spring onion lol.
I left home in September and now is March, have been busy with filming all the time and haven't talked to my family for a long time. I'm seriously homesick now-- even I am used to it for the past 5 years.
Had some really sweet words from Richard today, makes me feel like all the hard work are worthy. I asked his opinion about taking the Raindance intern, he agreed it's better than nothing then he said "You know you will always have a job from my side right?" I was like no, I need contract and muniment wages for the visa, and he was like "I can always sign you an official contract when I have a production." :') I feel so lucky.
Still will work my ass off with my always Chinese working attitude, but it's really nice to know someone is behind me and willing to help me like this.
