More adventures downtown... Haven’t lived in the city in almost a decade, much has changed. I still cruise through it both en route to as well departing. Glad to see it’s coming back, whether or not it’ll be fully restored to its former glory, I think it’s very unlikely. But I’ve been wrong before...

Some new development taking place in Detroit. Thanks to Dan Gilbert he and many other contributors are investing in Detroit’s revitalization, or to use a more appropriate term, “Renaissance”. Hence the moniker, “The Renaissance City”. Despite being downtown, this portion of downtown was dormant and dilapidated for decades, but in the recent years, things gradually improved. And having worked downtown over the years-or in my case, decades-I’ve seen many transformations take place. Some took longer than others, some were instantaneous, and yet there are some that either never got off the ground or worse some plans were scrapped when offers were put on the table.
Today, I am mixing wearing the top of the upcoming new release of Phoenix Rising casual series outfit "Miss" with another earlier release of Dela's pants.
"Miss" from Phoenix Rising originally comes with a pair dark blue jeans. Can be worn as a set or use it to mix and match with other clothings in your inventory. The outfit actually comes with a pair of very sexy bra and also an optional ribbon attachment worn just on the upper waist level. I did not wear the ribbon attachment in this picture.
"Dela" pants comes in both capri version as shown, as well as a short version for a more casual feel. The pants comes with an attached belt with 3 different sizes. Credits shown below:

The seedheads of the sugarbush protea only open after the fire has passed. Winter will provide the rainfall for the germination of their seeds that they have carefully stored in preparation for fire. While the parent plant dies in the fire, the precious seeds are safeguarded and released a few days later into the burnt landscape. When cooler autumn days and rains arrive these seeds germinate. This is posted for my few friends who are as sick and twisted as me (and you know who you are!) I walked upon this while walking the Lake Michigan shoreline, and immediately thought of the Phoenix Rising. Looks like he will rise no more.
