From my Garden

Basil, as always being the perfect model.. At British Wildlife Centre, UK

Something a bit different. Not an old barn, but one of the nicest yards I've ever seen!

Once again a picture from my favourite garden Sofiero. I love hos this red bright color literally glows and those sweet multicoloured flowers in the background create that bokeh....

Happy Wednesday !!

To accomplish the perfect perfection, a little imperfection helps.

Every now and then nature offers you a window to perfection.

Nature is always giving us gifts to be treasured. This is the kind of gift that keeps on giving each time we see it. Subtle, soft and delicate. I try to search for what stirs my visual appetite for beauty. Music moves me much in the same manner as photography does. Thanks for viewing my work. Gratitude and Kindness give daily. What are you Grateful for today?

In your creation

Is it true?

That perfection exists

And is it possible

That we could ever resist

But I have found

That the most pleasing beauty

Is often in the simplest things

In colour and shape

With love in the gentlest line

Forming your design

When I cannot decide

What to do

When I am overwhelmed

With anything new

I look at what you can do

And I realise that

My heart has always belonged to you

Because you are perfect

You are you

I have always loved the Wood Anemone, and I now grow them in my garden, after many years of trying to get them established. For me, they are the epitome of purity and represent a delicate spirituality. This image has been waiting in my archive for a while, for when it could truly show its beauty. That time is today.

I think I finally nailed it. The perfect B&W flower shot.

The same subject, but two different macros = variety.

Cottongrasses (Eriophorum scheuzeri) by a nameless pond near Schwarzsee, Zermatt, Switzerland

This vivid orange dahlia standing proud against the clear blue sky,was screaming out to be taken.

Wonderful day at the Park today to be taking some of the pictures I wanted to take of my daughter. Luckily the weather and location helped.

Still trying for that "perfect" black and white flower shot, whatever that might be. This one isn't it, but close.

I'm not a perfect person, I make a lot of mistakes but still I love those people who stay with me after knowing how I really am

.......Many thanks to all those who view, comment and or fave my photoes.....It is greatly appreciated ......Chandana

The red background is the flower's petal. I planted this flower myself but I forgot the name when I bought the seed last Spring. Today, I saw more flowers blooming and they are very beautiful.
