I spent the last week in Berlin.
6 evenings from 7pm to midnight at the festival of lights - 1400 photos - 3 videos.
The illuminations are art, but my photos are only a documentation of this great event. Nevertheless i guess it's a nice idea to show some examples for tose who weren't there...

When I visited the auction area at The Horse Show, my eye immediately fell on this beautiful pegasis.
All the horses at the auction are one of a kind. I’ve seen really stunning animals.

This is my second look at this large and beautiful, iconic sculpture at Brookgreen. Monochrome seems to suit this subject very well.

Sunset at the ''Paardenkolk" (horse pond), a fishing pond in the forelands of the IJssel near Diepenveen.
I might just have a very wild imagination, but i think the cirrus actually looks a bit like a horse.

Pegasus Bridge (pont Pégasus) est le nom qu'a reçu, après les opérations du 6 juin 1944 pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, le pont de Bénouville en l'honneur des parachutistes britanniques dont le cheval ailé Pégase était l'emblème. Le pont est inauguré, avec son nom de guerre, le 11 mars 1945. Il était situé sur le canal de Caen à la mer, en Normandie. Lors de l'opération Deadstick, élément de l'opération Tonga, le nom de code de la prise du pont était Euston .
Sa prise de contrôle par un coup de main des commandos britanniques, arrivés de nuit par planeurs, est un des hauts-faits du débarquement de Normandie le Jour J.
L'original a été remplacé par un nouveau pont similaire mais plus long en 1994.
