The Prefectorial or Administration model was a niche edition of the Citroen DS specified for the many-storied ranks of the French Civil Service. A spotter's clue is the black ( they were all black) plain painted surface B and C-panels in place of brushed aluminium and less in the way of stainless steel trim. Interiors trim was quite muted. I believe they all had the manual gearbox set up rather than the semi-automatic although there will be inevitable variations.
A while back I claimed that GT40 XGT1 was the only car to pull off yellow and gold. I'd like to amend that decision.
Dat pCARS' motion blur tho. It still not as smooth as one would expect in 2017 (take a look at Forza's motion blur, and compare. Yup, pCARS' one can be really gruesome at times).
