I've been meaning to try this technique for ages. Unfortunately the shutter speed needs to be a bit higher, making the iphone picture look slightly blurry.

...also known as the old bridge at Sligachan. As you can see, the height of the central span is not inconsiderable - and no Paul, I've checked, there is no Indianna Jones style invisible bridge stretching across from the new bridge to the old one.

I can however see how one would be completely taken in with the spectacular view across the river to the iconic three Munros of Sgurr nan Gillean, Am Basteir and Bruach na Frith.

God, I love this place!

Spiral Staircase at St Paul’s Cathedral

Built-in the early 1700s, the Dean’s staircase in St Paul’s Cathedral, London is more recently known as the entrance to Professor Trelawney’s divination classroom in the Harry Potter films.

The medieval spiral staircase features wrought iron spindles and patterns that are beautifully forged into the balustrades.

BNSF 2648 takes charge of the BNCP transfer as they duck under the Midway Sub. A nice layer of ice over the track made for a neat reflection. That man on the left got spooked up by the train and came running of the tunnel when he saw the train approaching.

Another view of St Paul's Cathedral from the South East side. I was lucky enough to get out of work a bit early today so stopped off by St. Paul's on the way home to take a few pictures despite the overcast conditions making it a bit dark.
