I am thankful for a gift of pattern from a friend. This little collaged quilt is full of different kinds of patterns and whimsy. It will be a source of inspiration in my studio hung on a wall where I can see it every day. #cy365 day313 #patterns#freddymoran

Fort Smith National Cemetery, located in Fort Smith, Arkansas, was established as a national cemetery in 1867. The cemetery grew around a small post cemetery that dates to about 1819. Fort Smith National Cemetery traces its beginning to the founding of the military outpost at the confluence of the Arkansas and Poteau Rivers.
Patterns

I know, this has been done before. And better too. For the real stuff, take a look at Michael Wolf’s Architecture of Density series.
I like this photo because everybody wants to be Michael Wolf for a day.
