Sometimes it is a narrow wold , the vision in the pictere is better than you see with the naked eye. The improvement in a photo is some times when you see far less than normal, with fog or snow and so on.

This is a photo I took a while ago that I am just getting around to editing now that I know a bit more about what I want from my images.

I'm not entirely sure why this caught my eye today, maybe it's the way the tree the framed the path or perhaps it was the lines from the window frames and bricks.
Whatever it was, it stood out enough that I pulled my camera out of my bag and fired a couple shots.
Nothing else really caught my eye today, so looks like this is the winner.

Back in March, we called into the National Botanic Garden of Wales on our way back from visiting my parents. This magnificent structure is the largest single-span great glasshouse in the world & houses some of the most endangered plants on the planet; these come from six areas of the world: California, Australia, the Canary Islands, Chile, South Africa, the Mediterranean basin. This path is on the lower level near the side of the dome.

Since I need some winter images for a proper photo calendar i looked for something worth capturing during those days when we had at least a little bit of snow.
Actually the amount of snow we had wasn’t even enough to cover the grass on this hill, so I cloned out hundreds of grass blades, which was great fun.

First chance I've had this week to take an image for this weeks theme. A quick walk for an hour this cold and frosty morning, keeping it local to home and it was freezing out there.
This bridge over the River Brain on the way into town.
France. Vosges. Alsace. Bas-Rhin. Photo prise lors d'une rando en boucle au cours de laquelle nous avons traversé (ma femme et moi) les villages viticoles de Reischfeld, Bernardvillé et Itterswiller, ainsi que des parcelles de vigne aux couleurs magiques, le tout sous la présence quasi-permanente du seigneur des lieux : l'Ungersberg.
Cette photo a été prise au point IGN 298m, près de Nothalten.
Elle vient étoffer une série initiée à mes tout débuts sur Flickr. Et j'ai encore beaucoup de photos en stock prises à cet endroit ce jour-là. J'étais tellement sous le chame que j'y ai multiplié les clichés. 😂
The path of the moon was photographed throughout the night of Sept 18th to the early morning hours of Sept 19, 2021. This was a day before the infamous "full harvest moon" of 2021. A photograph above the corn field was taken near the end of the blue hour and used for the background. Using an intervalometer, the moon was photographed every 15 minutes using a Canon 80D and a Canon 8-15 mm f/4L lens @ 13 mm. (ISO 400, 3.2 sec, f/6.3 was used for each moon exposure)
