Wrote a song after my day of job interviews (of which I start a job on Thursday!), labyrinth walking, park lounging, kite flying... and experiencing life. my life.

thank you to ALL who have walked (and continue to walk) that path with me...

Path of Grace

5/27/2009

Meet... me on the path... the path of grace, let the sun shine down on us, as we walk... in our own way.

Rest... your weary eyes... on the task, of each foot strike, letting go, and even loving, the steps of life.

Find the path of grace, its in your name, there is no wrong way... And I will do the same, always grateful for what you gave... and what you give to me.

Tell... your troubled heart... its ok, you haven't lost your way, its just space, that you stumbled on today.

Truth... is in the song... that you are, when you hear it loud or soft, may you know, your own heart.

Find the path of grace, its in your name, there is no wrong way... And I will do the same, always grateful for what you gave... and what you give to me.

Meet... me on the path... the path of grace, let the sun shine down on us, as we walk... in our own way.

Testing the Lensbaby 3G. Tough to focus with small viewfinder. Very interesting photo effect.

I loved the look of this little path.

The beauty of curves.

"Look at every path closely and deliberately, then ask ourselves this crucial question: Does this path have a heart? If it does, then the path is good. If it doesn't, it is of no use." - Carlos Castaneda

And if it is closed, it may be for a reason...

Taken on the West Highland Way. It was as cold as it looks!

"And I will bring the blind by a way that they knew not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known: I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them." Isaiah 42:16

Sorry for missing this one.

Japan trip with Dani -

the Fushimi path

Funny enough, many of the writing on the tooris is pure advertising! You would think it's maybe prayers or something... but no, it's very down to earth a word by the sponsor of the respective toori (gate). :-)

The inscription on the plain granite memoriaL obelisk which sits beside the Thames Path outside the Royal Naval College, Greenwich. Erected by public subscription in memory of Frenchman, Joseph René Bellot, who perished on one of the expeditions in search of the missing ships, Erebus and Terror from Sir John Franklin's 1845 attempt to discover the North West Passage.

A snaking path brings hikers to the next 3 peaks. The boulder we sat on offered a panoramic view of the path leading to the remaining peaks, and I just snapped away, in awe of the sheer size of the crowd.

Shoreline paths for waterfront shoreline protection and water access

Kind of eerie but makes you curious of whats beyond... at Lake Palo Duro in the Texas panhandle

My exams are done!! YAY, first year of university is officially over! :D

At noon the river was rising about a foot an hour.

And we'll get a nice little path running through the middle of it... a nice two level effect.

...

Never mind. This, another of my slightly experimental shots as I aim to take more shots of things that aren't purely documentary.

See where this picture was taken. [?]

Trying my new Nikon d750 - Botanic garden - Singapore - December 2014

This is the path that I walked down to get to the lake.

A 15.6 mile path through four cities...Maylene, Alabaster, Helena, and Pelham.

Wow...this was fun.

Exhausted and starving, we made our way back to civilization.. now much wiser, not to mention much colder and much damper...

This hike at Arapaho National Forest started off as just your average (though rather difficult) hike in the beautiful woods. We kept passing people with huge backpacks and walking sticks and hiking gear coming the other way.. towards us... We didn't even stop to consider that we looked nothing like them, with no food or provisions or gear... we just said "hi" and kept walking. We were looking for a lake that was on the map (which we never found.) Eventually, it turned into the "we almost died hike of doom," but it was one of the most beautiful places I have ever been.

The path between the 2 cliffs was very badly flooded on the seafront.
