My passionate dawn of love and glory. Love for nature, the gentle flowing waters and the landscape. The glory of capturing the magical moments of dawn. Knowing that it all fades so quickly. This photo was taken five minutes following "Dreamscape" and the palette of hues shifted much warmer.

Passion Flower (Passiflora)
For my 100 Flowers Project - 2021
I was surprised to see this bloom today. I haven't seen it in this spot before. The first time I have photographed a Passion Flower although I must have seen them when I was a kid, around ten years old as my Dad had a Passion Fruit Vine for a year or two.
I haven't done one of my more artistic waterlily shots in some time, so I figured I was due. This one came out a little more intense than I really wanted it to, but it's okay. The colors are still pretty. Hope you like it!

I write this with a heavy heart. The last couple of years have found me with a progressively debilitating spinal column and joint problems. If it were just me, I would never ask, but I have 2 young daughters that look to me for support, so I have to swallow my pride...

Makeup trends come and go, and apparently so do power colors. While red is typically associated with this term, it now appears there are many new shade range variations in town.
Surveys have indicated that the top five power shades were nude, light pink, berry red, dark pinks, and bright red. While there still are two shades of red in the top five, subtle shades variations are currently the new standout colors.
