When I saw the donut at the region, it reminded me of the scene from Iron Man 2.

no aperture blades, so it's always shot wide open.
optics from soviet night vision device. it's allegedly helios-40 in different corpus with additional elongated rear element making the frame smaller than full and adding weird character, quite different than helios has. rear element is scary close few mm from sony a7 sensor. if you want sharpness to infinity (not great) and in close up , helicoid is necessary because provided parody of focus ring is very short. the overall construction doesn't make a remotely reliable impression. chromatic aberration is horrible, so bw only, perhaps coating is different than h40 had, suited for night vision. in a sunny summer day it's 1-2 stops too fast. a tendency of banding. sharpness is very good for f1.2, but only focus zoom more or less secures it where planned. the washed out blur and weird highlights are excellent. one of my favorite lenses now.

The original for this shot got a lot of love. A few asked how it was done. Well, it was just two photos. A tripod to make sure the camera didn't move. And then one shot with the bike (on a stand) one without. layered the photos. And the most basic of layer masks to remove the stand.
But, I wasn't exactly happy with the positioning of the bicycle for the final. So With just a touch of photoshop magic I'v repositioned the central figures.
And voila.
... not that the Jakes will ever finish coding beta, but when they do, this logo will be waiting for them.

If you follow my works you know I like to write very detailed, or maybe just long, description for my photos but this time I’ll just let the image speaking for itself.
I don’t think this parody actually deserve a description because its context is already rather clear. After all, they say a picture is worth thousand words.
Actually, according to science human brain processes images 60K times faster than text so we can say this image is worth 60K words plus the 23 (if I counted correctly lol) written on the image itself: there are already enough words here lol :)
I’m aware using the headpiece of Bane from The Dark Knight sets would have been more “accurate” but sadly I don’t have that Minifigure so I used what I have :)
This is just a parody and it’s not meant to offend the “ideological” or political feelings of anyone.
Satire and parody are an essential part of Democracy. They are instrumental in its own existence.

In one of the infinite alternative realities a certain Donald J. Kylo has been “elected” President of the United States.
However the many Federal investigations produced enough evidence for an impeachment and now Donald J. Kylo is being arrested.
Agent Gordon (it’s actually Commissioner Gordon Minifigure from The Lego Batman Movie):
“Donald J. Kylo, you are under arrest for… [a very long list of charges follow, including Title 18, Part I, Chapter 37, § 794 (it does exist)].
Officer Barbara: “You have the right to remain silent and we all hope you will exert it” [Followed by the typical warnings, Law people call them Miranda’s Warnings, if I remember US law correctly lol].
Donald J. Kylo: “How dare you! I will never remain silent! I will grab you by the *meow*! I’m Donald J. Kylo, the 45th President of the United States of…Russia!”
“Oops! Did I say Russia? It’s not a confession! Everyone knows I suck at geography!”
Agent Gordon: “Come with us”
Donald J. Kylo: “No! Wait! I know the correct answer! It’s United States of Andorra?”
Officer Barbara proceeds to restrain the suspect.
Donal J. Kylo: “Wait! I know! It’s United States of Fiji Islands? Vatican City? Where the hell am I?
Officer Barbara: “In a Federal prison very soon”
Of course I had to censor some part of Donald Kylo lines because he uses very rude words so don’t ask what the word between the two * actually represents, ok? It’s all his speech not mine lol, so blame him and blame him always lol :)

Night night all.
It was one of the last days of the Republic when inside the Galaxies Opera House on Coruscant, during a conversation that would change the course of history, Palpatine defined the Dark Side as a “pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural.”
Despite all the things that have been said about the Prequel Trilogy, that line is spot on because it perfectly shows the point of view of someone who uses the Dark Side for his own agenda.
Many years have been passed since that fateful day and many things are different now.
If we look at current followers of the Dark Side we realize the classic line needs to be updated.
As I observe Kylo with his immature rage outbursts and personality disorders I’m sure the updated version of the Palpatine’s line is:
“The Dark Side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some…will never learn”
For if the Tantrum Knight is the best among the current Dark Side followers the word “ability” will never be part of their vocabulary.
Just look at him: crying for Vader, smashing things with his Lightsaber, that he wasn’t even able to properly build, at the first difficulty. How can he actually learn any those abilities?
Once there were the Sith. They were evil but they had charisma.
Now there are the Knights of Ren. They are evil and nothing more.
