L'installation de l'émulsion sur ce papier calque s'est fait toujours dans le même sens afin d’allongé l’image dans le sens de la route. Voilà pourquoi l’image n’est pas carrée.

Experimenteren met Cyanotype
Cyanotype is een van de oudste, niet-toxische, fotografische druktechnieken uit 1842 die met zonlicht (UV) diepblauwe (Pruisisch blauw) afdrukken maakt op papier, textiel etc. Door voorwerpen of negatieven op behandeld materiaal te leggen en te belichten met UV licht (zon of UV-lamp), ontstaan er unieke witte silhouetbeelden zonder donkere kamer.
Cyanotype is one of the oldest, non-toxic, photographic printing techniques from 1842 that uses sunlight (UV) to create deep blue (Prussian blue) prints on paper, textiles, etc. By placing objects or negatives on treated material and exposing them to UV light (sun or UV lamp), unique white silhouette images are created without a darkroom.
